Hey guys! I've bought my Kanger Dripbox about 7 months ago. Everything worked perfectly from day one except the RDA that comes with the kit.

The amount of vapor I get from it is pretty solid and I can't complain about flavor either, but most of my problems were the plastic top.

It felt as if I was having constant dry hits until I realized a part of the plastic top fell and started to melt down onto the coils. It has happened multiple times. It's pretty deformed by now and I just don't feel like accidentally inhaling burning plastic anymore, so I'm looking for a substitute.

What I've noticed is that many people complain that some RDA's aren't compatible with this device (e.g. because the bf pin is too short). Since I don't have a lot of options where I live, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a model that I can order on aliexpress/somewhere online.

I use the Wasp Nano on my DB160 and DB2 and Pico Squeeze.

I have not tried all RDA's of course but all I have tried have worked on the DB160.

Yeah the RDA that comes with the DB 160 is kinda crap.

for higher powered vaping the Velocity Mini is good.
Velocity mini is Tobecco the Authentic Velocity V2 also works.

Just put a Velocity Mini on a DB160 and it sits nice and flush and works fine.
There were a couple of attys I have had that would not sit all the way down flush but I cannot remember which ones.
I have likely piffed them out.

From what I saw, Velocity Mini is sold out pretty much everywhere.
How does Wasp Nano preform in terms of vapor production, compared to the RDA that comes with the kit? It seems like a good deal for the price, but I'm not sure how much cloud production there is compared to a dual coil build.

I vape a 3mm 26 ga SS316l parallel 10 wrap col in mine.
About .34 ohms and run at about 32-35 watts and cloud production is about the same as the stock atty but MUCH more flavor and denser vape.
For the money the best squonk atty on the planet.
Not a massive cloud machine but reasonable and great flavor.
Air is less than the stock atty but a nice very slightly restricted lung hit.

For an authentic, I gotta agree
Of course it depends on your preferred vaping style.
Don't think I would care for a Nuppin.
And tried Oatty, hadaly, narda, etc clones.... Not for me.
But many love those.

Also true - but, if I was on a very tight budget, the Wasp Nano would be hard to beat for the price and for sure fit that darn non-adjustable 510 on the Kanger

The Wasp works fine on all my Kangers except the original switchfet Kanger squonker. Had to work on that one a bit to get it to work on it.
But if someone is out for high watts and clouds for days it is not the choice.

I ordered the Wasp, seems like the best deal out there. I'll consider chasing clouds in the future, for now my primary goal is to stop inhaling the half-melted plastic spitback guard.

Question....Got the pulse 24 kit and seeing if its ok to use a 0.187ohm single coil with the 20700 battery in it..its the ijoy 20700 five prong top 40amp battery..What is a safe range to stay in. bought a few pre built coils packs ranging from 0.25--0.19--0.28
