Used to have a Honda Elsinore and a Kaw 500 3 cyl 2 stroke street bike. 60 hp on a 300 lb frame. Fast but rode like a sawhorse.
Yep, those are heavy bikes....I just stuck with the dirts, then gave them to my son, I'm not even sure what he did with them, haven't even thought about um till last night.

By the look of today's forecast in your area, not bad...unless of course they wrote the wrong day's outcome.

Not sure I even looked at the thermometer. I know it was windy as shit and I had a coat on, but it did not rain or snow, so it must have been an OK day.

Well, if you have any more nice bike photos, post away......I never scanned mine to a file.
Gee, the motorcycle posts must have really tripped some triggers here...
Well, never did get a picture of my first motorcycle (1949 Indian) because I didn't even own a camera in 1966, but here's my first bike after I went to England 1968 (we were not a permanent unit on base - weather guys were a detachment, so the base commander's order of "no motorcycles" did not apply to me) - this is a Honda 305 Street Scrambler

And this is one that maybe Cromwell or Jimi might try these days - 50cc (belonged to my niece)

That's cool you kept pictures and were able to scan um.

I wouldn't know where to begin looking for my picture albums....their either in the garage here, the office garage, a filing cabinet, in a closet, on the floor, on a floor in a closet, a box in the attic  or God knows where.

I bet it would be. I only paid $100 for it (used, obviously) back then. But I also recall selling a 1949 Ford for $20 in 1967 and saw one that looked just like it a few years ago and the asking price was $12,000.

Pretty sure I had the 100 too....but I know I don't have any pictures of that one, it was short lived after my brother got ahold of it.

Believe the baddest bike I had was the 400 Can Am....son-of-a-bitch would fly, and was reliable....we tooks those bikes to hell and back in the deserts.....thank god they didn't break, I'd prolly be dead now out in the middle of nowhere......

I never had any of the really spendy brands -- was always extremely budget restricted (had to work two jobs to get that Husky). Well, until I got a divorce, but by then I was mostly into street bikes (well, some with dual function, like the Honda 500 thumper).

Yeah, eye drops to clear my eyes, but they contain particulates. I should hope the idiots recall it.

How as your day, Rich?

I was eating a nasty (processed) beef and (processed) cheddar sandwich at 9:00 this morning (JK)-----:vino:
BUT....I couldn't believe people were actually eating that shit at 9:00 AM, when they opened.
