So here's the dealio...

I placed my first order with STRIKESUSA on 10/12/19. I ordered 2 bottles of juice... Smoothy Man Peach Mango and Pineapple Mango. I ordered both in 3mg...

As you can see they messed up my order and sent me the Peach Mango in 6mg. Not a big deal right? Just contact them and they'll fix it, right?!?! WRONG!!!! :xD::xD::xD:

So I go to the customer support on their website... no phone, the only way to contact them is email. I searched them on Google and found a google phone number.
upload_2019-10-22_14-44-29.pngupload_2019-10-22_14-46-43.png

I have sent them 4 e-mails - no response, I've left 2 messages on their Google phone - no response... What now? ... Ooooh Facebook? NOPE! Their facebook page has been taken down!!!:cuss2: They are not active on ANY social media platform.

They are in Nevada, so no vape law issues there. There is literally NO WAY to contact them. :gaah:

So I caution anyone considering ordering from them... they have ZERO customer service if something goes wrong.

Unfortunately this will become more of a problem in the near future with the flavor bans and approaching Deeming regs. NO butterburr ejuice in stock? Just ship em something we have to clear inventory.

But whatcha expect from quasi legal businesses?
The majority of vape items sold today are post 8-8-2016 items which were never legal to sell.

Any tobacco product (other than those exclusively in test markets) on the market as of Feb. 15, 2007 is considered "grandfathered." Otherwise, any products that are introduced or modified on or after that date are considered "new" tobacco products and must submit a premarket application to the FDA through one of the three available pathways source : https://www.fda.gov/media/97760/download and https://www.fda.gov/tobacco-product...ked-questions-about-center-tobacco-products#4

Yep but products after the grandfather date and before 8-8-2016 were legal to sell for a while after 8-8-2016. NO products introduced to the US market after 8-8-2016 have EVER been legal to sell without first getting PMTA approval.
And those post 8-8-2016 products currently comprise the vast majority of the vape sales in the USA.

One should not expect the same standards of quality and service from quasi legal merchants. It does happen but should not be expected.

I expect that similar items could pass the FDA's equivalency muster.
But even that needs to be applied for but is pretty cheap and fast.

They sent me a wrong item before. They sent me 3 of the same RTA when I wanted 2 single coil versions and 1 of the bigger dual coil version (Ijoy Captain Elites, and Ijoy Captain). It took them over a week to respond. BUT, they did get back to me and sent what I ordered. They said to keep the extra one as a free gift.

I've noticed a trend with online retailers these days. Whenever I have trouble, I'll get a hold of them looking for resolutions. Most places make you wonder for over a week before they even acknowledge youwhich pissed me off. But pretty much every site has remedied the situation in the end.

The last time I had trouble (not Strikes), I made a hundred dollar order and revieved nothing. No tracking email or anything. I got worried and pestered their email for days. It got fixed but they sure took their time. Have patience Pami. Strikes took care of me once. Hopefully that's the case with you too.

I hope they do!

I have lots of experience with online vendors since that's where 100% of my gear and juice comes from. I've had plenty of errors from other vendors. A respectable vendor should answer you within 48 hours. 2 weeks is unacceptable. And most certainly a deal breaker for me.

The google phone, facebook down, not active on any of the other social platforms, unable to find a legitimate address for them... you gotta admit it's all very suspicious.

This is why I hesitate going with new vendors--unless a lot of people have recounted positive experiences with them. I've got two current vape product vendors with which I've so far had good experiences. I'm inclined to stick to them unless there's a darn good reason to go elsewhere.

Hope Strike comes through for you, CP. Preferably sooner, rather that later.

Oh I hear you on all of that. It's unprofessional to ignore customers (and sometimes even lie to them). Problems are going to happen. Their contact info should actually lead somewhere. I wish everywhere would staff someone, a professional who only handles customer complaints. But sadly, I think most smaller places multi-task and can't keep up. There's no excuse for listing broken phone numbers or links either.

Bit of a story here (mini FRAT)-
That last problem I mentioned I had, got really frustrating. Unanswered emails, their phone number lead to a busy signal 24/7, no active social media accounts.. I had to dig around and found they had a parent company which was lucky as hell. I got to talk to an actual person. They eventually gave me an email addy to reach a manager. The manager even took their time (personal problems). Three four days with nothing. Finally he told me the truth and assured me I'd get my money back.

They weren't used to the volume of orders they were getting and their site couldn't handle it. One of those "Cheap Vaping" sites that promotes sales blew them up from 10-20 orders a day to over 200.

I'm so glad the guy told me the truth. When he said I'd get reimbursed, I believed him. He also said the sites bugs were fixed. I made another order that day. It went smooth and I got some really good deals. They weren't ripoff artists. They were just unprepared. I was ready to boycott them and run a smear campaign lol.

So I figured I would update y'all on Strikes. They never responded to any of my 4 e-mails or 3 phone calls. So I contacted my bank for a chargeback. I received word today that the chargeback has been granted, and the money has been returned to my account.

So sad to see we still have vendors out there that just don't care about what they send out or the satisfaction of their customers.

This thread will be moved to Hall of Shame.
