They did. There’s a v2 out there, but IMO, it sucks. They also reformulated Holy RY4.....which is also substandard.I thought someone said that they stopped making Holy Vanilla. Or was it another holy flavor?
I mixed another 50mls of DIY or DIE Kings Custard, which was good but it felt like it needed something. So almost a week later, I added in 2% of LB Vanilla Cream Tobacco, which gave it a bit more something, maybe density?
I couldn’t wait to steep it for a month!
So it’s like the Cap Vanilla Custard. I bought the V1 of that for Crom’s Custard. I’m sure it’s yummy.
I also placed an ECX order, and bought some INW Eucalyptus Mint since I’ve been feeling stuffy and like I’m getting a cold.
I’m not sure if that flavor will taste good, but I hope it helps me breathe a bit!
And I bought DIY or Die’s Cuprian one shot. Creamy mint chocolate chip flavor. Sounds delish.
And I bought the T shirt! On sale. Lol
I ordered OOO Vanilla Custard Cheesecake in my last order, but have yet to try it. I got it after listening to an episode of "Noted" on youtube.
(I believe it was the custard episode, but am not 100%. If anyone needs to know, you can check quickly by searching youtube "Noted: custard" and then checking the comments to see if OOO Vanilla Custard Cheesecake is in the handy list of timestamps included in the comments, below.)
There is one flavor (and maybe this one is it--I didn't take adequate notes!) that can supposedly stand in as an icing flavor. Something along the lines of LA Cream Cheese Icing, possibly. Do you think Vanilla Custard Cheesecake could be the one I'm remembering?

Unless I'm wrong, these are the most popular flavors from them. Is it possible it's a diketone issue?
I was under the impression that due to ongoing research and the spread of scientific information, focusing on diketones/DAAP ingredients in vaping flavors (diacetyl, acetoin, acetyl propionyl) as a dangerous source of baddies was less of an issue since people became more aware of the amounts required to cause health problems.

I’m not impressed with the v2’s of Holy Vanilla/RY4. They’re both much thinner. And yeah, the DAAP got taken out of them.
I think, if I’m remembering correctly, that ingredients of both of those got reformulated....ie, the DAAP got taken out of them. Which is a tragedy. I stocked up as much as I could on the v1 before they ran out. But when they runout, I will be a sad puppy.

Well, there’s a real need for advocacy now. I’m just hoping a worst case scenario doesn’t play out. I know that the people here on VU will be able to keep vaping, but I don’t like to think of it as a kind of b/w movie set in WW2 with rationing etc.

Y'all gonna think I have totally lost my mind, but I LOVE off-the-wall flavors like this! I'm so excited!
ETA: It needs a steep and some sweetener. I am still alive, though.
ETA2: Needs more peppermint.
I added 7 drops of Super Sweet and 5 more drops of Peppermint, 0.5% SS and 1.5% Peppermint. It will be interesting to see how this changes over the next week or so. Might turn into a keeper! Next mix I might tone down the Koolada and omit the Anise, but it depends on results of steeping.

Try Cromwell’s Custard. Only two ingredients. If you search VU, it should come up.

This mix is odd. It tastes completely different when I vape it, from how it tastes just a drop on the back of my hand. The Koolada comes into play, think I used about .25% too much, but we'll see how it steeps. I seem to recall that Koolada will fade pretty quickly.
Some of these kinds of mixes turn almost candy-like after about a week. If this one does that, it's gonna be good.
Most people can't deal with even a touch of something "medicinal," but that's never bothered me (the anise and botanical gin do bring a medicinal taste to the mix, at least at first). I made a cherry horehound juice one time that was deliberately designed to taste like cough syrup. It's great when I have a cold.
But what would Noxzema be, if not medicinal? Eh?

Here's the way I used to mix Cromwell's:
French Vanilla Deluxe (TFA) 2.5%
Super Sweet (Cap) 0.5%
Vanilla Custard V1 (Cap) 5.1%
Vanilla Whipped Cream (Cap) 2.1%
I think the changes I made were that I added the FVD and almost doubled the percentages of all the other flavors. This isn't a heavy mix, though; it totals up to about 10% flavoring.
Cromwell's original recipe is around here in several places, but it's always hard to find. I hope I'm not stepping on his toes by posting this.
Oh, and this is very nearly a shake & vape. If you let it rest until the next day, you'll be good.
(I didn't stop mixing it because it's a bad recipe - just one day I got a nose full of butyric acid from that Cap VCV1, and honey, that was all she wrote for me. Can't get near the stuff now.)

Me neither. OG Noxzema had a weird and awesome--clumpy-yet-creamy--texture. Moisturizing, but not exactly oily. I wonder if it contained vegetable glycerin? So many things do...

That’s what’s changed in the new stuff. It’s like they added too much wax or something. The new stuff has a lot of ingredients too. OG Noxzema had about 4 or five.
Pretty sure it did have VG. It’s great in creams.
Maybe we can clone the OG stuff and make a million bucks!

Oh, man, I really love carrot cake! If I could read this recipe, I know I would love it. (Tho I'm sure I'm missing a few flavors, as per usual, lol, so i t may take some time.)

I just bought INW Eucalyptus Mint for that. It will prolly need sweetener but the stevia liquid I’d ordered on eBay last week hasn’t shipped yet!!
But someone at ECX said it was good when they were stuffed up.
I bought TFA Whipped Cream to add to the Cap Vanilla Whipped Cream in Crom’s Custard. Omg, I hope I don’t get any reaction from Cap VC1.
