Maybe just do an elimination diet and see if it helps. Switching up what you eat might help a bit, and you can always go back to what you like to eat.
I started eating grains again for a bit and now I’m cutting them down, eventually to nothing. Man, they’re like addictive!!

I'm sorry to hear that, you need to be extra careful then. Hope they figure it out soon. I don't have any faith in doctors, they have evolved into nothing but high paid pill pushers. Seems none of them know anything about the human body.

I pretty much gave up on doctors. I only go to have my blood checked and then I am on my own. But...4 and 1/2 years ago they told me they would be amazed if I lived 2 years ago so I ain't doin too bad. Do lots of research on your own, I sure did and it paid off.

Pretty good, thanks. Sorry to hear you’ve not been felling so well, but Jimi’s right, imho. Do research and try to learn a bit about health. Common sense helps too, esp. with the corona thing, imho. Stressing won’t help, anyway. You’ll be okay!!

I got sick in November and it’s been coming and going since then. It’s some flu thing, and it just hit me so hard and I’m still wiped from it. It’s scary, but I finally heard some people talking about a weird flu strain in NYC in October-ish, so I realized I wasn’t crazy!!
