Dear Jimi,

This week one of the most respected and elevated colleagues in the intersection of health and scientific study, Dr. Stephanie Seneff, will join us to discuss glyphosate, deuterium and their impact on the current health crisis. Click here to save your seat.

(Don’t worry if you can’t be on live, we will get the replay out to everyone who registers.)

Dr. Seneff is a senior research scientist at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For over three decades, her research interests have been at the intersection of biology and computation. She has published over 170 refereed articles and has published over two dozen papers in various medical and health-related journals on topics such as the impact of nutritional deficiencies and environmental toxins on human health.

In our talk this Wednesday, we will focus on the current global health crisis, covering several advanced topics, such as:

  • How infectivity around curtailing the current global health crisis and rising death rates is highly skewed toward countries that make heavy use of glyphosate and biofuel production.
  • An important fact to note is that vaping actually produces a lung disease very similar to the current virus, and e-cigarettes contain a key ingredient, glycerol, which is a by-product of biodiesel fuel production.
  • The hypoxia response in the current viral infection is intended to shut down mitochondrial ATP production, in order that the mitochondria can concentrate their efforts on supplying deuterium-depleted water to the intermembrane space.
  • Heme oxygenase is sharply upregulated in acute cases of this illness, and it normally tames inflammation. But glyphosate's disruption of the protein causes it to be pro-oxidative instead, and interferes with its ability to deplete deuterium in the mitochondria.
  • The massive vascular inflammatory response that associates with death in acute cases of the illness is a last-ditch effort to supply the body's mitochondria with deuterium-depleted water.
These topics seek to root out some of the core causality of the current crisis and explore why some people are more adversely affected than others.

When glyphosate is aerosolized and inhaled it potentially affects the immune system resulting in the "cytokine storm" that characterizes some cases of the current global illness. This topic is definitely worth exploration and we are lucky to have Dr. Seneff speaking with us this week.

I hope you can join us. Click here to save your seat.
(Don’t worry if you can’t be on live, we will get the replay out to everyone who registers.)

To your health,

Good day, Jimi!
Exposure to this particular toxin can lead to a 20-year reduction in lifespan, and a dramatic increased risk of 7 out of the top 10 causes of death.

This data, confirmed by huge studies of over 17,500 adults by the CDC and Kaiser Permanente, also found that over 67% of us have been exposed.

Leading researchers think this was just the tip of the iceberg.

This toxin is early-life stress, also known as attachment or developmental trauma -- which is why we encourage you to join us for the Trauma & Mind-Body Super Conference.

The same studies confirm that low to moderate exposure leads to a 400% increased risk of developing depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s and dementia, and people are 12 times as likely to attempt suicide.

Other studies show that toxic exposure leads to a 6-fold increased risk of diseases like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and related illnesses.

And a high level of exposure triples the risk of lung cancer, and increase the risk of heart disease 3.5 times.

A moderate exposure leads to an almost 200% increased risk of diabetes in adults, and a200% increased risk of infertility and menstrual abnormalities in women...

Like we've said above, it’s NOT toxins from the environment like smoking, heavy metals or mold. It’s not exposure to EMFs, lack of exercise or a poor diet.

It’s early-life stress, also known as attachment or developmental trauma.

If you have a chronic complex illness, or are looking to optimize your health and the
health of your loved ones, this is a profoundly important factor you can’t afford to miss.

At the Trauma & Mind-Body Super Conference, over 90 experts in mind-body medicine, trauma resolution, and functional medicine, will cover:

  • How childhood biography becomes adult biology
  • Impact of early life stress on biology, neurology, epigenetics and biofield
  • Psycho-emotional approaches for healing attachment trauma and PTSD
  • EFT, Somatic Experiencing, NARM therapy, EMDR and more
  • How hormones, neurotransmitters, genes, diet and lifestyle, environment and gut health affect mental health
  • Research on neuroscience, role of the vagus nerve and body-based approaches
  • Red light therapy, sound therapy, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy and information medicine
  • And much more!

This is the most radically comprehensive roadmap to optimum mental health and wellbeing in existence today, and we're confident this event will be exceptionally useful to you and your health goals.

Here are just a few examples of what you will learn at the Trauma & Mind-Body Super Conference:

  • Crucial difference between the epidemic of relational trauma and PTSD, and cutting-edge research-based methods for healing
  • Need for a truly comprehensive bio-psycho-social model for mental and physical health
  • How we are our own placebo, and all have the power to heal ourselves
  • Intention experiments, research in quantum physics and how to avoid sabotaging our own healing
  • Comprehensive benefits of natural functional medicine approaches for mental healthcare and trauma resolution
  • How undiagnosed thyroid conditions may be at the root cause of mood disorders, and how to test and heal thyroid conditions
  • Nutritional tools to regenerate the brain and increase vagal tone for improved self-regulation
  • Cutting-edge nutritional strategies for healing mental health disorders based on research conducted on over 3 million test cases
  • And more!

FORGIVENESS
I get the feeling from friends and family that a lot of people are going through rough patches in their relationships right now, whether that's familial relationships, friendships, or romantic partnerships. It's been three months since everything went into lockdown, and it's really hard right now. Resentments might be building, patience may be running thin, entertainment for your kids is all but exhausted, you might be getting really lonely. And if these individual personal reasons aren't enough, all you have to do is look at the news to feel like it's all coming tumbling down. It would be enough to make anyone snap, and unfortunately, when we do, it's usually the people closest to us that bear the brunt, and vice versa (especially in quarantine).

When I was first diagnosed, I watched a video series about various holistic aspects of healing when it comes to cancer. There were videos on things you would expect like diet and supplements, but there was an entire video dedicated to forgiveness. This was right at the beginning of my journey, and I had yet to do any of the deep emotional digging or healing that I would later engage in. So when I started to watch this video and heard what it was going to be about, I was a little skeptical about how necessary this really was to physical healing. Turns out, very.

If we haven't addressed and released old resentments enough, they will just bide their time under the surface, festering away and causing emotional and mental stress - and we know how stress affects us physically. Even those that we think we have let go of, a piece might remain, like a splinter under our skin, causing irritation and pain and holding us back from both our happiness and our healing.

Getting rid of these emotional splinters can be difficult, especially if we've been carrying them for a while. For me, I felt like if I let go of my anger and resentment, the person I was directing it at would be "getting off the hook", and that wasn't fair; I deserved to make them suffer by not forgiving them. But here's the thing: all I was doing was hurting myself. I was hurting my relationship, which of course hurt me. I was angry at someone who I had never met and who wasn't in my life, so obviously I wasn't hurting them by holding onto my anger; I was only causing myself distress, mentally and emotionally and therefore physically as well. I realized this, but still found it hard to forgive.

What I ended up doing was repeating this to myself until it felt true: "Universe [you could use God or Powers That Be, or whatever feels right to you here], you know how hard this is for me and part of me would much rather keep being angry with them, but for my own health and healing, I am choosing to forgive this person. I wish them well." It also took therapy and theta healing (which you can read about in the blog post below), but repeating this was the first step and opened that door to allow forgiveness in later.

It is equally important that we also ask for forgiveness when we need to. When we have wronged somebody, we have more power than we know to bring them healing. Sometimes someone can't let go of their own pain and anger until those who have hurt them take that first step. It at least makes that process for them easier, deeper, and more complete, and there is no better feeling than watching wounds heal, especially those you have helped to cause and are trying to help to heal. It makes your soul sing, and that is a very powerful and healing thing, both emotionally and physically, for both you and the other person.

I think it's pretty obvious that our whole world is going through a rough patch. Whether it's a personal or the global broken road that's really affecting you right now, looking at these times and situations as a way to grow makes it easier to forgive. If you can discover the ways that you or your relationship has grown stronger, more communicative, or more appreciative (or any other positive change) as a result of whatever has happened, it will make forgiveness much easier. Pain and misunderstanding prompt action towards healing and justice. My relationship wouldn't be what it is today without our past challenges, and I have come to forgive cancer because I can appreciate all of the positive changes and growth it has brought into my life.

There is a lot of forgiveness that’s going to need to happen before we can move forward from everything that is happening right now, both asking for it and giving it, both on personal and global levels. The first step however, no matter the person or the magnitude, is choosing to walk in that direction.

Hi there! Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready to have a fantastic week.

Today, I want to share a NEW free film/docu-series.

This one is about your health and how to prevent depression, anxiety, arthritis, heart-disease, obesity, dementia and 90% of diseases (and how to target the root cause of disease).

Go here to reserve your spot now.

I don't know about you, but ever since this "lockdown" happened here in Toronto, I've gained so much weight. I don't know why, but for some reason, I'm constantly visiting my fridge (all day long!).

My usual very healthy eating habits have gone out the window (unfortunately). I'm trying to get back on track again. When I eat badly, I start feeling tired, my joints ache, my mind becomes foggy, etc.

There's a huge difference between when I eat "clean" and healthy and when I don't (a BIG difference). It's shocking how WHAT you eat can affect your quality of life, your mind and health.

Anyway, this new free docu-series is releasing TODAY and it discusses all that—and so much more.

Go here to reserve your spot now.

There are 8 episodes in this docu-series. All the episodes sound interesting, but I'm particularly interested in episode #3 "The Gut-Brain Connection: Gut Solutions for Depression, Anxiety, ADHD and Dementia" (my dad suffers from advanced dementia).

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure you knew about this one. It's going to be really good.

You'll see you'll also get a FREE BOOK too when you reserve your spot.

Go here to reserve your spot now.

Enjoy the series!

To your health. :)

Please (please!) don't tell him, but I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist.

The scraping, poking, drilling, bleeding, soreness... I get the chills just thinking about it.

And unfortunately one uneducated visit to the dentist can have lifelong health consequences... even dementia!

What!? Yes!

Your oral health (ie mouth) affects your brain and body… and vice versa.

And it's one of the most overlooked health issues in traditional medicine and dentistry.

We've been taught to brush twice daily (which I do), floss (yep, this too) and visit the dentist (check) to prevent tooth decay.

BUT, I've still had cavities and a root canal. I'm sure you can relate.

Overall, there's still a way too many cavities, crowns, root canals and extracted teeth going on in the dentistry-world. I hear it from my patients close to everyday!

So if we're doing all these things to prevent tooth decay, why is it still happening at an increased rate?

Because of how our mouth impacts our brain, we better know how to protect both.

And since it's so misunderstood, here are three resources to help you (and me):

Holistic Oral Care: Avoiding the Dentist Without Avoiding Your Teeth
There are simple, at-home dental practices in this eGuide. Plus, upgrade your dental health knowledge with a comprehensive 8-step self-dentistry protocol that helps prevent decay, illness, acidic saliva, plaque build-up, bleeding gums, inflammation and more.

For example, stop using synthetic dental care products! They contain ingredients from the
“May be Harmful if Swallowed” category. They give the illusion of 'freshness' but kill normal oral ecology: Stuff like sodium laurel sulphate surfactants, glycerin, artificial
sweeteners, and trisodium phosphate.

Oral health interview transcripts [29-page eBook]
In this document, you’ll learn about:
--> “Raising Cavity-Free Kids”
--> “Functional Dentistry: Recognizing the Signs and Symptoms of Oral Inflammation and Toxicity”
--> “Cure Tooth Decay: Remineralize Cavities and Repair Your Teeth Naturally With Good Food”

Avoid Dental Dangers: 10 Questions to Ask Your Dentist
You can avoid horrible brain health effects, and learn how to educate yourself by asking these 10 questions BEFORE your next dental appointment:
  1. Are you using universal infection control protocols?
  2. Do you place amalgam fillings?
  3. Are you a mercury-safe office?
  4. Do you ask about my diet and other health-related information?
  5. Do you use fluoride in your treatments? Do you recommend its use for good oral health?
  6. When doing my periodontal treatments, is your goal to kill all my “bad” bacteria?
  7. Will you take enough time to be focused on my care, or do you jump from chair to chair?
  8. Are you placing any metals in my mouth?
  9. Do you do root canals?
  10. Do you offer a biocompatibility test?

These will be as helpful to you as they are to me.

It's time to BE YOUR OWN GUARANTEE with our brain AND oral health.

Have a great week!

- Dr. Ryan

Did you know that, on average, people are six times more frightened of developing dementia than cancer?

That's one key reason I urge you to read the free new report, The Top 14 Herbs & Minerals to Boost Your Brain.

Because the fact is that over 50 percent of the 5.8 million Americans with Alzheimer's actually don't even know they have it yet.

In far too many cases, the early symptoms of mild cognitive impairment really do go unnoticed until it's too late.

The Mayo Clinic warns of the following symptoms:
• Forgetting things more frequently
• Losing your train of thought or the thread of conversations
• Feeling overwhelmed by making decisions or accomplishing tasks
• Becoming more impulsive or showing poor judgement
• Feeling depressed, anxious, or irritable

Even if you don't have any of these warning signs, one of the best decisions you can make is to become more proactive when it comes to your brain health.

My friend, investigative journalist and filmmaker, Jonathan Otto, covers key drug-free steps you can take in this 20-page guide:

>> Download: Herbs and Minerals to Boost Your Brain [100% FREE]

Here are just a few things you'll discover:

• 5 triggers for brain disease (what is really making you sick?)
• 3 basic natural remedies EVERYBODY should be taking
• 7 symptoms that suggest you've been overexposed to heavy metals and toxins
• Which herbs and minerals work best to boost your brain health?
• The best diet to fortify your brain for a healthy future
• How to know if you have inflammation in your brain
• And much, much more

>> Click here now for your free copy of The Top 14 Herbs and Minerals to Boost Your Brain

Because as you've likely heard, natural health approaches are making tremendous headway in helping Alzheimer's and other brain diseases.

What's more, you can't get a prescription drug from the doctor to boost your brain health.

That's also why natural remedies are so important.

And when you download the guide, you'll also be registered for Jonathan Otto's series, Natural Medicine Secrets.

In this 9-episode docu-series, Jonathan Otto has gathered together over 55 leading natural medicine experts, who will share their top natural healing protocols developed over decades of clinical practice.

In addition to helping reverse cognitive decline and memory loss, these safe and proven natural remedies can help you reduce the disease-causing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases.

Don't let brain dysfunction rob you of the quality of life you deserve.

Hi Jimi,

Lyme Disease is a toughie - an unbelievable 300,000+ people per year contract it.

Tough when you’ve got it, I’m sure.

But tough to diagnose also.

Because over 150 different symptoms can point to Lyme Disease.

Talk about needle in a haystack.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that it can be easily diagnosed with a bull's-eye rash.

Yet 20-70% of Lyme Disease patients get no rash at all.

Now considered to be a dysfunction of the immune system, Lyme Disease can mimic other chronic conditions.

Plus many of it's symptoms occur in other ‘dis-eases’.

Here are some of the symptoms:
  • Rashes on the body
  • Chest pain / heart palpitations
  • Joint / muscle pain / stiffness of the joints
  • Burning / stabbing sensations
  • Seizure activity / tremor
  • Increased motion sickness / nausea / vomiting
  • Light-headedness / dizziness / wooziness
  • Difficulty walking / poor balance
Any of this ring a bell?

It might do because the symptoms of Lyme Disease are practically identical to those who experience electrical hyper sensitivity (EHS).
If you know nothing about Lyme Disease but what I've said here resonates with you, or perhaps you or someone you know has been struggling with Lyme Disease and making no fast progress, listen up.

Dr. Jay Davidson, nearly lost his wife to chronic Lyme Disease, which prompted him to undergo years of research to help her heal, and inspired him to create a FREE online event: The Chronic Lyme Disease Summit 4.

You will learn:

+ The link between EMFs and Lyme disease (my talk)
+ Testing methods and treatment protocols
+ Steps to take before addressing Lyme
+ Supporting mitochondrial health and drainage
+ Nutrition, exercise and mindset strategies
+ And more

Join us at this important event to discover current research and novel approaches to testing and treating chronic Lyme Disease and what you can do to boost your immune system health.

Turbo-Charge Your Listening – Your Friends Will Thank You

“Hello? Were you even listening?”

That phrase might be as familiar to you as the stuck bit on an old record. If that’s the case, then you’ve got a listening problem.

Yes, you.

However, being a subpar listener doesn’t just look like zoning out and letting your attention wander from the subject at hand. Insidious un-listening may present as waiting for your turn to speak, responding without addressing the former speaker’s statements, not committing important details to memory when asked and thus requiring the speaker to repeat themselves at length, selective and even deliberate listening to manipulate an outcome, etc.

And – it’s important to note – having low-functioning listening skills is certainly redeemable! Some of us were actively taught about the principles of listening as children…

Some didn’t have many powerful listening role models. As adults, we often assume our shortcomings and habits are engrained, like our DNA.

But that’s not so.

We’re always being presented with new information – and thus, must always be learning!

For example, it isn’t common knowledge that listening occurs in five stages. There is a neurological path that can be followed from ingesting sounds in the form of words, to interpreting them, to responding to them.

Let’s get a little more granular about those five stages…

Listening in Five Parts

We’ll break it down like this –

  • Receiving: When we know it’s time to listen and decide to make an effort, our brain tries to fade distracting sounds down so that it can hone in on the primary message. External stimuli can be difficult to parse through, which is why listening must be a conscious effort.

In this stage of listening, the main body part you’re using is your ear.

  • Understanding: Here, the brain works to interpret the message it received. A lot of sticky things can happen at this juncture. Communication is only as important as mutual understanding. You see, there’s a practice called “the listening of” which describes the state of listening a person is in when they try to receive your message. Because all of our experiences – from our life circumstances to our linguistic tics to our traumas – shape our understanding of the world, plenty of wires can get crossed at this stage.

In this stage of listening, the main body part you’re using is your brain.

  • Remembering: Maybe you got past the receiving and understanding phases just fine – but you always get stuck on the remembering part. This is the stage where your brain allots space for new information, filing it with its relatives and organizing it by priority. More complex messages require more complex filing, and are harder to commit to remembering. Remembering also relies on how clear and accurate your understanding was. Without remembering, none of the listening matters.

In this stage of listening, the main body part you’re using is your brain.

  • Evaluating: This is the place at which humans – meaning-making machines that we are – try to analyze and come to a conclusive judgment about the words we’ve received, understood and remembered. Here is where you should check your biases. Are you in a space of listening to your speaker’s words to parse inconsistencies, falsehoods, or ideas variant from your own? Or are you in a space of listening to your speaker’s experiences, feelings, and truths? Part of being a good listener is paying close attention to your speaker while suspending the desire to make this new information mean something about you.

In this stage of listening, the main body part you’re using is your brain.

  • Responding: This stage can occur in several ways. It can be formative or summative. Formative feedback presents as verbal or non-verbal indicators during a speech, confession, vent, instructional set, or other communication that shows engagement. Summative feedback would happen at the end of the speaker’s “turn.” If you’ve been active in the previous four stages, the response is what will prove it. Did you remember everything that they said? Did you respond to it in terms of your own experience? Did you express sympathy and support, or proffer solutions based on the speaker’s verbal and nonverbal cues?

In this stage of listening, the main body parts you’re using are your brain and your mouth.

Listening does not happen in an instant.

Powerful listening is careful, deliberate, engaged, and weighs each stage as heavily as the last.

To be as memorable a listener as you are a speaker, remember…

You’re not waiting for your turn. You shouldn’t begin your listening with an idea of what you think the speaker means. You also aren’t being handed information to memorize – ask questions, clarify, make sure you understand.

Follow your brain’s natural listening process, but try it with renewed focus.

Why I do not expect to take any vaccine before mid next year if then. And I do not believe the chip stuff.
The wife and I just plan of keep up our caution for maybe another year to avoid the covid as best we can.

Drinking smoothies for hormone balance is one of the easiest, most effective and frustration-free things that you can do to balance your hormones naturally.

You really don't need a shelf full of expensive supplements if you know how to plan your meals effectively. Smoothies (and smoothie bowls) are the perfect vessel for earth-grown hormone balancing nutrients.

I've included 3 recipes below to get you started...

But, you know me...

I don't want you to just blindly throw things in a blender, I want you to first understand the benefits, so here are just a handful of the benefits...

8 BENEFITS OF DRINKING SMOOTHIES FOR HORMONE SUPPORT

1. They are a Convenient Way To Eat More Fruits and Veggies. 91% of us DON’T eat enough fruits and veggies on daily basis!.

Given that whole fruits and veggies are packed with the nutrients we need, it’s no wonder that hormone imbalance conditions are on the rise.

Whether it’s PCOS, fibroids, PMS, hot flashes, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, women are struggling with all sorts of debilitating symptoms these days.

2. Great Source of Healthy Fiber

Because smoothies are usually packed with fruits, veggies and nuts, they are a great source of fiber!

When we eat enough fiber, the body is able to reduce cortisol, stabilize insulin, regulate estrogen levels and increase our metabolism.

3. Supports A Healthy Immune System

Your immune system doesn’t just fight off viruses, bacteria and other bad guys.

It also plays a role in regulating hormones!

The immune system is a reflection of our overall health, and that means every system in the body, including the endocrine system, is affected by it.

Whether you are struggling with fertility issues, vaginal dryness, or insomnia, strengthening the immune system is necessary for ultimate recovery!

Smoothies are great for boosting the immune system and healing the gut.

4. Restores Healthy Gut Bacteria

As I mentioned above, the immune system plays a role in hormone production and hormone regulation.

It just so happens that about 70% to 80% of our immune system lies in the gut.

This means that overall gut health, and having a healthy balance of gut bacteria, is critical for hormone balance.

And this is where smoothies help a lot!

You see, smoothies contain raw ingredients that are full of prebiotics.

So, when you drink a smoothie, the prebiotics from the fruits and veggies are converted into the probiotics (i.e. the good bacteria) that the body needs.

This allows your gut, immune, and endocrine systems to all be in harmony!

5. Reduces Cravings

Does it seem like your food cravings just take over your body and you can’t control them?

Well, that’s because your food cravings are strongly driven by the microbes that live inside of you!

You see, those microbes – specifically, the gut bacteria – crave certain foods.

And you can influence which bacteria call the shots by drinking hormone-balancing smoothies that are full of fruits, veggies and healthy fats.

6. Boosts Energy

When you have any kind of hormone imbalance, fatigue and low energy usually show up as symptoms.

That’s because hormone imbalance usually results from toxins and chronic inflammation.

These toxins and inflammation place a lot of stress on the body, which eventually wears you down.

Smoothies are excellent for counteracting this and boosting your energy levels.

7. Boosts Weight Loss

Leptin, ghrelin and insulin are some of the hormones that control when we eat, how much we eat and how much fat we store.

However, whenever there is any form of hormone imbalance, these “hunger” hormones are usually off balance too.

So, by simply consuming smoothies for hormone balance we can regulate these hormones and shed excess pounds naturally.

Coffee tastes even better when you drink it with friends. This Monday at Noon EDT/9am PDT, join me on Facebook as I interview Dan Moriarty. We’ll discuss how you can protect your lungs - naturally! Grab your cup of coffee, and listen in.

We keep hearing about the primary system of the body that's affected if our immune system fails us - our lungs. What does the science tell us about lung protection? From NASA to universities all over the world, the science is very clear. There are small things we can do every day that cumulatively build our resistance to a viral onslaught.

Dr. O'Bryan’s special guest will be Dan Moriarty, a 3rd generation self-taught ethnobotanist. Ethnobotanists study how people from specific areas or cultures use indigenous plants to protect themselves and their families.

Join us for an enlightening conversation on simple protective steps to include in daily lifestyle.

So pull up a chair and let’s start the week off learning something that benefits our health.

Protect your health,
Dr. Tom O’Bryan

PS. Do you follow me on Instagram? Whenever possible, we’ll be live streaming there, too.

Hi Jimi,

If you’ve ever mentioned to your friends or your doctor that you are “feeling your age” or experiencing tightness in your neck and shoulders, or aches and pains in your joints and muscles…

The first piece of advice you probably hear is: “You just need to stretch more.”

And while stretching is certainly a good thing, it isn’t likely to solve the core cause of any of those issues.

The problem is actually in your brain; it has become disconnected from parts of your body, because it has stopped consciously engaging with the whole of your body and only consciously concentrates on specific parts, mostly on the surface.

If you’d like to know how to teach your brain to remap your whole body through simple, gentle movements, and be able to truly feel and heal any issues that are present now or that arise in the future…

I invite you to attend our friend Anat Baniel’s NeuroMovement for Whole Body Fitness FREE Online Program.

Watch the NeuroMovement Online Program Here at No Charge

Hey Jimi,
mail

You know I'm always banging on about using as much NATURAL stuff as possible. Drugs are very rarely the answer.

And it is true that more and more studies show that some ancient herbs work as well - if not better - than conventional drugs…

Ginkgo Biloba is one example. Studies have proven that taking this 3,000 ancient herb will help your brain more than taking Donepezil, a popular drug for treating Alzheimer’s.

AND it is side-effect free and can help diabetes and heart disease as well.

A new series tells you about MANY natural remedies like this - and I recommend you check it out.

The series is made by Jonathan Otto - and Jonno's is a good friend of mine.
