I heard there's a new thing happening in the Vaping Community in the US as PACT ACT will come into place soon.

If you are needing dependable nicotine bases and other DIY Vaping supplies, now or even in the future, I think we'll still be able to supply you. We've been in the business for a long time and been here in VU for quite a while too. However, not too active, we remain to be observing what's going on here once in a while.

Hi eSmoka. We declare the real product name and value if the client demands it. It is coming from our EU warehouse. If the client is hesitant and is not comfortable with it, we use another name to follow the client's request since we carry non-nicotine products too. It will be shipped from our SH warehouse. It's not a payment issue. Since I can't select a shipping option I can't progress to the payment step of the checkout process, therefore I can't select "offline" or any other payment method for that matter. As a result, I can't even complete checkout to create and order in the system.

I decided to just buy my last liter stateside. Was hoping to try Hiliq but it appears they may have ceased shipping to USA.

We remove temporarily the shipment to the US due to a lot of orders we received last time so we have to limit order sending per day. We just now accommodate account managing orders. Thank you.
