5 degrees…-8 wind chill….30 sumpin for the high today.
upper 40’s and into the 50s tomorrow, Sunday and Monday.
colder Tuesday and snow on Wednesday. snow accumulations anywhere from a trace to 24 feet….just don’t know.
going to take the warmer weather opportunity tomorrow to put a pork butt on the smoker. Marinating, spicing and rubbing that butt as we speak.
can’t over emphasize how important it is to rub that butt. You gotta rub that butt like you mean it. Rubbing this butt with my homemade SPOG. My newest batch of SPOG is nearly bringing a tear to my eye with its fabulousness. I’m a bit excited about all the butt stuff I’m doing tomorrow.
