I'm no stranger to V1 of Vanilla Custard (CA). For me it needs a few weeks to smooth and blend or about 4 hours in my UC plus a day or two to settle. Matter of fact, I just used it (V1) in White Coconut Cake by Jason...thank you and divine

So I have a new bottle of Version 2 to use. Is it stronger or weaker than V1? Will recipes using V1 translate without tweaks to V2? Same time line for steeping? Is the "flavor" in a mix the same as V1? Any other thoughts?
