Had to go to the vets, yes again, to get some Probotics for Tangee. He had blood in his stool and was throwing up again.
But anyhoo....Mom was with me and she wanted to go somewhere to eat, that was unexpected. Had Bison burger with fries, man, that was GOOD ! But, I felt bad 'cause I only had a certain amount of cash on me and didn't have my bank card with me. Had 40.00 that was it. 20 to vet and meal cost was 17 and change. So, the waitress only got a 2 dollar and change tip.
She came back and asked if I wanted the change back. I said No and apologized for not having more for her. She was gracious and said that it was alright, that there are some people who don't give any amount.

I was in disbelief that people would stiff a waitress/ waiters. Even if they are not pleasant or don't attend to you well, I still leave them something, that's just my nature, and they could just be having an off day....we all know how that goes.

I eat out a lot when I'm traveling. The waiter/waitress I will normally give 20% unless they were not very good. Even then I still give 15%.
