My Mom had breast cancer. She is a survivor but has to see the oncologist this month. She and all of us are scared.

Lol I wear purple too... one of my favorite dress shirts is mainly purple but depending on the angle can look pink or blue as well

Been there done that... it's no fun. My aunt had 3 bouts with it over 11 years. First time was perfectly successful, second round of chemo left her with awful side effects, and the third time she refused any treatments because of the side effects the last time. She's in a better place now and not suffering so I have no shame at all telling her story or supporting breast cancer. She was a very religious woman and passed away on Easter Sunday at 11:11 so we knew for a fact that it was meant to be and we were all in good spirits after seeing the time and it being on Easter.

We should rejoice at death but as humans we have a hard time doing that It's good that you can give her and yourself that peace and comfort, I think that is the ultimate respect. Carry her memory on to the one that will come that wont know her and that will be an honor to who she was to you...

Oh her memory will be with me forever have no doubts about that. The tattoo I designed on my arm and the charm I also designed around my neck are proof of that...
