As I had said earlier, I had to wait over 2 weeks to even receive this device because they sent the wrong item. Before I even had it in my hands I noticed that they had dropped the price on it $8. So I sent an email and asked if they would mind refunding the difference.
You'd think after the screw up on their end theyd have no problem with that, so
I waited 6 days for a response, and of course I was ignored.
Not a big surprise considering their track record is it?
Today I decided to give them a call and talk about it.
The person I talked to was the same guy who had made the original shipping error.
When I asked if he would refund the difference he acted like I was asking him to walk naked over hot coals.
He said, "why would I refund you the difference? "
I said MOST companies stand behind thier price for at least 2 weeks if not 30 days.
He said, "well...I can see right here you placed your order over two weeks ago, so no."
I told him that it took OVER 2 WEEKS TO EVEN RECEIVE MY ORDER BECAUSE HE SENT THE WRONG ITEM OUT!
He said," oh...you're THAT guy"
(What a little SHITHEAD )
I said yep...Im THAT GUY whos order YOU screwed up, now what!?
He said "Fine I'll give you the difference "
Then he tries to tell me that he cant refund the difference because my credit card is invalid.
WHAT? COMMON GUY! I JUST USED MY CARD TODAY I KNOW ITS VALID, DONT PULL THIS SHIT WITH ME! RUN IT AGAIN!!
He said nope...it wont go through.
I told him the problem is obviously on HIS END and to keep doing it.
He said hes already processed HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN REFUNDS TODAY
and his machine is working fine.
(really??... kinda makes you wonder why they're processing so many refunds doesnt it?

)
I told him keep trying it, or turn the call over to his boss.
WOW...For some weird reason it magically went through that time.
Damn Jerk-Off!
So thats been my experience with Vaportekusa.
Grade A team over there eh?
