Wow yours is real nice, all mine has is the chopper thing and the wisk thing

Mine is just a stick with sharp cutting bottom edges and smooth sides. Manual, no moving parts, just a thingy, but you can see how it practically pureed those very firm chickpeas. I don't like having appliances in the kitchen. This goes in the dishwasher, then back in the drawer with the other thingies. It mashes potatoes nicely too. I think it's made of nylon.

With my broken down body I need all the mechanical help I can get
But I like the looks of that thing, will it chop, like mushrooms and onions?

Maybe. The bottom edges are very sharp, but I've only used it to mash chickpeas and cooked potatoes, and peeled tomatoes for pasta sauce, things like that.

Now I'm kind of interested in seeing if it can use it to turn a piece of raw meat into hamburger, but when I need hamburger for a dish I just buy the Thousand Hills grass fed non-vaccinated non-hormone non-antibiotic burger meat at the store.

But I understand, Jimi. I'm all in for the easy way, though I kind of enjoy knife work.
