Hmm...as far as I know they don't make a 2000mAh battery (2200mAh is the closest). Did they at some earlier time? The appearance is very different from yours too...

Not if they've been duped as well. They have to have intended to deceive you to be culpable to the fullest extent.
AW is still really highly counterfeited. Pretty much every single AW on ebay or amazon is counterfeit. I'd say they're still probably even moreso than sony's, at least those you have a chance of getting real ones on ebay or amazon (even if it's a small chance).
If you want AW you pretty much have to get them from RTD or direct from AW themselves otherwise you're rolling the dice.
