That is a fake AW battery. The IMR 2000mAh was never produced with a flat top. Also, the print and logo are wrong.


I think I'm gonna go to the vape shop and complain, that's BS....

Not if they've been duped as well. They have to have intended to deceive you to be culpable to the fullest extent.

At one point AW was the most counterfeited battery out there a few years ago, now it's Sony VTC and Samsung's.

AW is still really highly counterfeited. Pretty much every single AW on ebay or amazon is counterfeit. I'd say they're still probably even moreso than sony's, at least those you have a chance of getting real ones on ebay or amazon (even if it's a small chance).

If you want AW you pretty much have to get them from RTD or direct from AW themselves otherwise you're rolling the dice.
