When 'vendors' nicotine is 4 years past the expiration date on their supposed COA's I shouldn't even have to chime in as a pharmacist of 30 years, even a 5 year old can figure it out. But this is one of the reasons it will become illegal to sell to the public even diluted down to 100mg per ml because of these irresponsible 'vendors' many of whom anyone can get it, store it in homes that God only knows what or where it is actually stored, rebottled by hand - are they even using sterile equipment, bottles, or just sneezing into it over their kitchen sink. I guess most don't really care, but I do. And yes you have to provide the msds and coa's for nicotine and should be updated when its expired, if it's a website oversight to update their paperwork, ok, think...if even that cannot be done, then what kind of care is the actual chemical getting? I don't apologize for caring.
