Can't say I got it right away, but googling reuleaux and seeing the reuleaux triangle made it all click. I've seen that triangle before!
Anyway, the dovpo and the invader are all that I know of, other than moving to a mechanical, which can get dirty and beat, and just be disassembled and cleaned/repaired.
That's what I've been considering for a workhorse or beater myself. Even if you don't want to get into building coils, it's surprising how often 3.6-4.2 volts ends up being just about right for a given atomizer. That's about where I vape my nautilus mini. And it translates to 25-30 watts on my Delta II with its .5 ohm coils, which is the range I tend to use it at.
Now, none of this is from experience, but just my thoughts as I've been thinking about and researching a more duraresistd for myself.
A mech might not resist grease, dirt, etc any better, but if they do get in and cause problems, you're looking at a bit of maintenance rather than replacing the whole unit.
