Has anyone found a Black Raspberries flavor concentrate at all or possibly one that will work with Creams?

Wanting something close to Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur to mix with a creme, fruits, and a few other things in my mind.

Maybe Blackcurrant (FA) or Blackberry (FA) & Raspberry(FA) Not sure how close this is..

FW - Blackcurrant is also interesting...

FW - Blackberry Mojito - Sweet w/ Lemon / Lime and some Mint.. This would depend on how much mint is in it. A real Mojito is just the leaves stirred in.Not sure about this juice.

Raspberries, Blackberries, and Black Raspberries cam from the same family Rosaceae and the genus Rumbus and are often called as brambles.

Raspberry Taste:Very tart

Blackberry Taste: Less tart than a red raspberry, but also much sweeter. Blackberries are ideal on pastries and desserts.

Black Raspberry Taste: More fruity and less tart than a Blackberry. Also contains less sugar so is not as sweet. Has a very unique taste that is not really similar to any other berry. Black Raspberry are ideal to be eaten when hand picked & are juicy and winey.

Edit: User PuffPuffpass said CAP Blackberry & CAP Raspberry .. Are these more Sweet or Sour? Are they better for candies or dessert?

Anyone know what is best with Milk / Cremes?

Newport Flavors , This isn't suitable --
I found one, but no idea if anyone has tried it.

Yeah, I would think they are kind of similar in taste. The bad part is that in these concentrates we have different concentrate manufacturers that can make a fruit 2 or 3 ways each differently. One of the ways might be horrid to use with a creme while good with candy or vice versa.

I have always heard Inawera would be the best sort to mix with creams.

Actually found Inawera: BLACKBERRY-RASPBERRY Taste : Delicious sweet raspberry with a hint of the sour blackberry. The duo ideal. So I guess if this is Sweet plus has the blackberry taste it will probably be the closest thing to the real deal.

HOLY shit dude!1
unless that is like super duper strong concentrate, those prices are fucking nutz.

Oh and read the contents of said flavor from newport.... DO NOT USE FOR VAPING!!
Besides the ass gland juice from rodents that make up the backbone of "natural" flavors, gum fibers are not good to breath... what it does in liquids could do in your lungs.

Also wondering how much mint the FW - Blackberry Mojito has, how is it with Cream, and what the lemon/Lime is like in it. Probably not what I am looking for even though my recipe was going to include a Lemon/Lime Mixture.

Yes, I also doubt it is even real Black Raspberry. Probably Sweetened Blackberry anyway.

You have to remember what we're doing here.
#1 We are not recreating the actual taste of any berry or fruit.
#2 We are recreating a manufactured taste, introduced to us by someone else who has blended it with other flavors to produce a flavor we found pleasant. Using flavors from manufacturers that try to mimic the flavor of an actual fruit or berry. In your case, a liquor mixed with fruit.

I haven't found many of my current flavors to be too far off the mark of the actual fruit or berry. What I have found, I'm lacking enough knowledge to reproduce the commercial flavors I've become accustomed to tasting. I.E. Strawberry Glaze or Jam. Neither of which taste like a fresh picked Strawberry to me.

I can recreate the perfect Strawberry Jam, almost. But it's so sweet, I can't vape it for long. So I've learned to tone it down, using other flavors that compliment it in ways I wouldn't have believed possible.

As an example: A common misconception I've seen at B&M shops. People that think they are vaping Graham Crust mixed with another flavor. When they're actually vaping Toasted marshmallow. So they go home and order Graham Crust flavors through online vendors. Then wonder why it doesn't taste the same.

You'll have to think outside the box occasionally.

So people think the toasted part is the graham crust? I could see that.

The toasted marshmellow may be the cereal taste I have had and thought they found something for corn mill / wheat mill / oat mill .

Really I guess that I shouldn't be digging this deep for it. I should simply be asking which berry flavor is best with say a pomegranate, sweetner if needed, and milk/cream.

Dig as deep as you need. Just keep an open mind about what it may take to get there.

I absolutely detest the taste of Manderine and Tangerine. But I use those flavors to enhance others ;) Imagine where I would be if I'd refused to try those in a recipe.

CAP Sweet Tangerine reminds me of Orange Crush soda I think I used it in a fruit loops recipe very low percentages it was OK, but I can't stand Looper type anymore.

I love FA Orange

TFA Mandarin is an Odd one man... I do have it and it and just not sure what I would use it for. It seems like a toned down version of FA Orange. Maybe not as sweet and less of the high orange notes.

I really just need to order some stuff and get it over with. I hate this Christmas budget I am on ATM. lol
