So they can determine user error or defect and if defect they'll have evidence to use when they sort it out with the manufacturer. After all, most mech issues are user error.

Ohhh okay i miss understood what you had said my bad lol. I did give them the pictures and everything so yah. If they need more then that ill give them a video.

I did get a reply from your customer service team. I also linked them to this thread and to the link with the pictures in it. I just wanted you to be aware that there does seem to be a problem with one of the products that you are selling. It really is unsafe to use those specific clones for the reason that @Robert B outline above, as that is exactly what occurred.

Now in the email they asked for a video of the product. Will this thread and the pictures be enough for them? Or because its stuck to i need the video?

If there is a problem with the item, customers must provide the proof, and Providing the video is the best way. I think you need send the pictures directly to the customer service, and don't send the link of this thread to them. So our customer service can know about your problem quickly without clicking the link to browse all the conversation. Happy New Year! :)

Hey @Gina I haven't herd back from you guys since very early Monday. I'm just wondering what it happening with the return request and everything? I did send them a video and they acknowledged that they had received it. But the was Monday (for me at least time zones and what not lol)

I ended up getting something like 85% of the cost of it. Very shitty cust serv in general.
