They want a video of the thing venting again? lol
Do a charge-back if they give you a bunch of shit
So they can determine user error or defect and if defect they'll have evidence to use when they sort it out with the manufacturer. After all, most mech issues are user error.Yah apparently XD they asked for a video and im like what do they need a video for XD

"We've" meaning you and the vendor?Weve already determined that it was manufacturing error, not mine.

I didn't say this was a case of user error. I answered the question of why do they want visual evidence that supports your claim of a manufacturer defect.Weve already determined that it was manufacturing error, not mine.

Hello, drackeo! This is our policy.I did get a reply from your customer service team. I also linked them to this thread and to the link with the pictures in it. I just wanted you to be aware that there does seem to be a problem with one of the products that you are selling. It really is unsafe to use those specific clones for the reason that @Robert B outline above, as that is exactly what occurred.
Now in the email they asked for a video of the product. Will this thread and the pictures be enough for them? Or because its stuck to i need the video?
@drackeo Could you give me your order number or your email box address that was used to create your account on 3fvape.com? So I can contact our customer service to give you a reply. Thanks!![]()
so did 3fvape settle this? It may be cheap money but I know I'd want it back. they could even toss you a freebie.....
