Aw, thank you, Brian! Brought a tear to my eye....I want to publicly thank @Teresa P for the juices she sent.
Allow me to just say, these juices were very good.

Is this a Rip Tripper Commercial? lol
Nothing takes the edge off being hurt like seeing other people get hurt....lol!
With my lack of grace can you believe I have never broken anything except a toe? And my tail bone. And a tiny fracture to my neck. I think that's pretty good if you seen my level of coordination and age.Message to anyone and everyone: Do not break your ankle in 3 places, it freaking sucks hard!!
I am not sure what bothers me most, the fact that I have to learn how to walk again or having hardware in my body or the possibility of always feeling that hardware when I put on my shoe (which I have not been able to do yet ).
I had something similar a few years ago. A year of everything from casts to boots to walkers to crutches and so on. Physical therapy and lots of pain. It does suck, and while it's all happening it feels like it will never end. But it does. For another six months I had to take it easy and not overdo it, my foot would certainly tell me if I had. 3 years in I can finally wear heels again (not that you're worried about that lol)Message to anyone and everyone: Do not break your ankle in 3 places, it freaking sucks hard!!

You are more than welcome nabibrian, It's a pleasure to help out a fellow vaper, especially someone who's appreciates it. Don't forget to try out that honey custard that Shark made for you only. I hear it will grow hair on your toes! Just think, no more buying socks, the hair will keep you feet warm! Enjoy that juice and I hope you foot feels better real soon.I want to publicly thank @TheKiddVapes for the juices he was kind enough to send my way. I am beyond thankful
I also want to thank @Daintanee for yet another package of some delightful DIY juices and the FA Nonna for me to try when I am able to mix again.
My friends, you truly are helping me through a tough time.
Some days are better than others but the vape mail makes life so much easier to deal with, at least when I am seeing it through the clouds.
This was helpful more than you know. Thank you for sharing this with me.I had something similar a few years ago. A year of everything from casts to boots to walkers to crutches and so on. I can't feel my metal pieces very well through the skin unless I go looking for them. But I can tell the forecast better than any weatherman. And every so now and again it hurts for no reason if I haven't been supporting it enough with the right shoes, but it's a dull ache nothing terrible.
Wishing you the best and if you need to let loose and bitch feel free to PM me because I've been there and it blows so much
Why, I just can't wait yippeeeeeee!!!!Let's not rush that last part.
Mine was a torn tendon, but to fix it they had to break my heel and ankle to fit everything together right with some plates and screws. I'm apparently immune to morphine and woke up screaming and begged them to just cut it off lol. They refused anything but morphine until they realized 8 shots in it still wasn't working. Not my best moment hahaThis was helpful more than you know. Thank you for sharing this with me.
I had a tri-malleolar fracture and according to my doctor it was very serious break.
Note to self: in 3 years you can start wearing high heels

Well, when I broke my foot...I had to be rescued out because I had been hiking.
For some reason they could not find a vein to give me pain meds so they had to hike me out with not pain meds.
Then to make matters even more intense, they had to set my foot/leg twice because the first hospital did not do it correctly. Like WTF!?
"Just cut it off", I think I know that feeling....Thankfully they did not cut it off and now back to high heels, that is awesome!!
Oh, I was referring to @always9988 being back to high heels.Need pics please.
That must be the lady I see walking around downtown dragging her leg behind her. Yeah I heard about her too.Pfft 3 places... and hardware...
Pussy.
I know a lady who did her ankle and leg in 13 places, set it herself. No hardware needed.
Nope, and not that wheel chair bound bundle of crazy I ran into today... Was tempted to thump her with my cane to shut her up.That must be the lady I see walking around downtown dragging her leg behind her. Yeah I heard about her too.
LOL she is a tough old bat.Just wow. Your mom has been through some stuff man.
Sounds like she had every right to be. Pain will do some things to a normal mind. I nearly broke down when I had a botched surgery when I was 30. Took a LONG time to get through that, plus more surgery. Glad those days are gone.she was was batshit insane
LOL When I was laying there praying for death she kept trying to talk to me.. I finally had to have her removed because it was pissing me off to the point of anger.Sounds like she had every right to be. Pain will do some things to a normal mind.
