Good question. I tossed a bunch of batteries last year because they were bubbly. I though they got wet inside and figured that was bad. I'm super careful about not blowing my face up.

My brother is hanging in there........After good news of all of his tumors shrinking over the last year, this last scan had him called back in early for the doctor to tell him they are all back to what they were in size prior to medicine. We were all so shocked. He's now on new medicine and started it Thursday. No side effects, yet....probably isn't in his system enough. He'll be back to scans every month instead of every 6 like he was. I don't know how he does it, but he is in very good spirits.....at least that is how he portrays himself around me. **shrugs**

I have been promised the house to myself for 3 days. But I don't believe it will happen. Mum will likely see a slight breeze and have a panic attack, think she's having a seizure and take anti convulsants which are not prn meds, knock herself out, and spend days babbling incoherently from the overdose. It is the standard outcome

I'm terrible at identifying birds by their song, but the other day I had a flock of robins on the back lawn, and a few days later there were a huge bunch of starlings.
