There exists a lost school of wisdom that has been carried forward by women throughout the ages.

A healing tradition drawn from deep within the forest landscapes of this Earth.

It is the true origin of the natural healing path.

Women have always been the keepers of this sacred knowledge - sometimes referred to as “wise women.” And their legacy is still very much alive today. These brave and enlightened healers use herbal medicine from their local environment, often based on what they've learned from past generations of wise women.

They infuse this botanical knowledge with rituals and prayers that allow them to connect with higher forces, while rooting them more firmly into the essence of the Earth mother. This hard won knowledge allows the wise woman to work miracles in her life.

But this rich lineage of wisdom has been ignored or forgotten in our modern culture. The powers that be have always been threatened by this innate ability that women possess, and have done everything they can to keep it from us.

It’s time for that to change.

In a few days, I'll be joining renowned women's health specialist (and modern-day medicine woman), Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, for a worldwide webinar that we're calling The Way Of The Wise Woman. In this FREE talk, we'll be exploring ancient practices and rituals that tap into this power -- and how to use it to heal your mind, body, and spirit.

Click here for full details and to sign up now

I can't tell you how excited we are for this. Together, Dr. Low Dog and I will take you on a journey into the origins of this primordial superpower and give you the tools and resources to invoke your Inner Wise Woman for guidance and healing.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • An ancient way of working with the invisible energies that are at play in the world around you - to heal your body, mind, and soul.
  • Specific herbs and other green medicines that you can use to create potions and rituals for your unique healing needs.
  • Ancient women’s health secrets that must be understood in order to thrive during the key phases of your reproductive cycle. From puberty through menopause.
  • How to communicate with your helping spirits (your guides) to receive guidance and deeper wisdom when you are feeling lost.
  • How to awaken your sixth sense (intuition) and heighten your ability to sense the subtle forces flowing around you.
  • How to light up your wise woman radar to find others like you, and form a wise woman healing circle of your own.
  • How the seasons and moon phases correspond to your internal clock and the cycles of life that you are currently experiencing.
  • And much more!
Reserve your spot for our FREE Wise Woman Webinar!

Dr. Low Dog is considered to be one of the top natural women's health experts in the world. She combines the earth-based wisdom from her native roots as an herbalist and midwife with the decades of healing experience she has gleaned as a doctor.

In her own words, she's a mother, a lover of plants and animals, a dreamer, a naturalist, a hopeless romantic, and a cancer survivor.

Her list of awards and accomplishments are too many to list here, but here are a few that pop out -- Dr. Low Dog served as president of the American Herbalist Guild, led Dr. Andrew Weil's fellowship program at the University of Arizona Center For Integrative Medicine and has also authored and co-authored many books, including National Geographic's Guide To Medicinal Herbs and The Botanical Safety Handbook.

Our goal behind this webinar is to take you on a journey within, to explore this vital healing tradition and harness it for your own personal evolution.

This is something you don't want to miss!

Stop for a moment.

And just notice how your body feels right now.

Do you have a low hum of tiredness you've learned to live with?

Because here's what most people don't realize:

So much of how you feel day to day…

Comes back to one organ quietly working overtime.

Your liver.

And when you start to support it properly, people often describe something shifting.

They have more clarity and feel lighter.

Like a weight they didn't know they were carrying… just lifts.

If you suspect your liver has been behind some of your debilitating symptoms,

There’s a health coaching session I’d like you to watch.

It will help you finally understand what your liver has been quietly asking for.

And walk away with simple, realistic ways to start supporting it today.

Watch this session and discover how to finally give your liver the support it's been asking for

With love and care,

Most people think loneliness is an emotional problem.
It turns out it's also a biological one.
Researchers have found that chronic isolation can influence stress hormones, inflammation, sleep quality, cognitive function, and even immune health.
In many ways, the brain interprets prolonged disconnection as a threat.
The challenge is that modern life often pushes us further into isolation. We work remotely, spend hours on screens, move frequently, and know fewer of our neighbors than previous generations did.
We've become more connected digitally while becoming less connected in real life.
That's one reason I'm excited about the Generation Regeneration Summit.
This free online event brings together experts like Dan Buettner, Zach Bush, Ocean Robbins, Paul Stamets, and many others to explore how connection, community, nature, and place influence our health and wellbeing.
Because wellbeing isn't only about what you eat or what supplements you take.
It's also about the relationships you build, the environments you inhabit, and the communities you belong to.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,

Most people know more about what’s happening on the other side of the world than they do about their own community.

Do you know:

• Where are your nearest shelters?
• The major choke points and bridges in your area?
• Where is critical infrastructure located?
• What resources would still be available during an emergency?
• How do geography, terrain, and population impact your preparedness plans?

If not, you’re not alone.

Join me LIVE on Monday/Tonight, June 22nd at 8:00 PM ET for a free Area Study Training where I’ll show you how to analyze your area using the same concepts military planners, emergency managers, and preparedness groups use.

During this live training, you’ll learn:

  • What an Area Study is and why it is important
  • What information should you be tracking
  • How preparedness groups have mapped and organized this information in the past

Heart disease kills one American every 33 seconds.

If you've already been doing "everything right" and still feel uneasy, here's why:

There's an overlooked system in your body that regulates inflammation, stress response, and your heart's ability to repair itself, and most doctors don't address it.

Here's what's wild: two people can have nearly identical diets and exercise habits, yet only one develops serious heart disease.

The difference often comes down to this ONE system.

When it's working, your body can protect itself even under stress. When it's not, diet and exercise alone won't move the needle.

This Thursday, June 25th at 4PM ET, I'm hosting a The Missing Link to Healing where I'll show you:
  • What this "command center" system actually is
  • Why your heart can be under strain even with "normal" bloodwork
  • Simple at-home methods to help your body start repairing itself
  • Spots are limited to keep the room focused on people ready to take action

>>> Yes, I'm Ready to Discover the Missing Link to Healing and Finally Optimize My Health
Wishing you health and happiness,

Stem Cells Can Treat Heart Failure

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

According to one estimate, each year more than 900,000 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with heart failure, a progressive condition that occurs when the heart becomes damaged and is unable to adequately pump blood. There is no cure for the condition, and many patients die within five years of diagnosis.

The practice of using stem cells to regenerate failing hearts took a major step forward with the publication of a study that showed the treatment could cut the risk of cardiac events and even death in people with heart failure.

Because the heart does not regenerate cells on its own, heart failure has been treated with medications that can manage the condition, but not reverse its progression. Stem cell therapy utilizes special cells that have the ability to develop into many different cell types, including cardiac cells.

Special: What Every American Over 50 Should Know About Stem Cells

Researchers from the Texas Heart Institute in Houston enrolled 537 participants (average age 63, 20 percent female) with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction, which is a measure of the heart’s pumping efficiency.

The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: 261 adults received an injection of 150 million stem cells directly into the heart using a catheter; the remaining 276 adults received a placebo procedure. The study participants were discharged from the hospital the day after the procedure, and researchers followed them for an average of 30 months.

The study’s focus was to determine if stem cell therapy affected the likelihood of participants returning to the hospital for treatment of worsening heart failure. The researchers also tracked whether participants had a heart attack or stroke, or died, and evaluated levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), a marker in the blood indicating inflammation.

Although there was no decrease in hospitalization, there were several favorable findings:

  • Those who received stem cell therapy had a 65 percent reduction in nonfatal heart attacks and strokes throughout the period of the study.
  • Participants with high levels of inflammation were 79 percent less likely to have nonfatal heart attack or stroke after being treated with stem cells.
  • Stem cell treatment reduced cardiac death by 80 percent in people with high levels of inflammation and less severe congestive heart failure.
Stem cell research on heart failure remains experimental, and is still being conducted in research settings.

On average, U.S. Americans spend more than 90% of their lives indoors.
We've built a way of life that works against our biology. Cut off from sunlight, living soil, and the natural rhythms that govern how we sleep, heal, and absorb nutrients.
And it shows. Chronic disease rates have never been higher, and the confusion about why has risen right with it.
Farmacy of Light is an award-winning documentary that connects these dots and lights the way to a brighter future.
The film takes you on a visually stunning journey into regenerative agriculture, quantum biology, and the growing realization that our disconnection from nature runs far deeper than most of us realize.
Right now, my friends at Food Revolution Network are hosting the global online premiere, and you can stream the full film for free.
From renegade organic "plant doctor" Erik Cutter to world-renowned experts, including Dr. Zach Bush, Dr. Mae-Wan Ho, and Dr. Valencia Porter, the film points toward something both practical and profound…
Reconnecting with light, in the food we eat and the world we live in, may be the most important thing we can do for our health.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,
P.S. Farmacy of Light will stay with you long after the credits roll, and I can't wait for you to see it. Please don't miss the free premiere screening.

Think about the last meal you ate. Chances are, the fruits and vegetables on your plate traveled around 1,500 miles to get there.

Along the way, they may have lost much of their nutritional value.

But it’s not just vitamins and minerals that disappear in transit.

There’s something special about fresh, living food that many researchers are now exploring. The light stored in plants—sometimes called biophotonic energy—begins fading the moment food is harvested.

That’s one reason we support gardeners to grow food at home. Even a few herbs, greens, or tomatoes picked fresh from the garden can reconnect us with something our modern food system often misses.

That's why we wanted to share Farmacy of Light, an award-winning documentary from Earth Conscious Films.

Right now, our friends at Food Revolution Network are hosting the online global premiere, and you can watch it free.

Our food system has been optimized for profit, scale, and shelf life—not necessarily for health.

Farmacy of Light explores the fascinating connection between light, food, and human wellness, while sharing the stories of scientists, farmers, physicians, and everyday people working to bring us back to foods that truly nourish.
It’s visually beautiful, thought-provoking, and filled with hope.

We think you'll enjoy it.

What If Your Diagnosis Was Wrong?

When someone develops symptoms, the focus is often placed on identifying a diagnosis.

But what if the diagnosis isn't the whole story?

In tonight's episode, I'll be discussing documented cases where common nutrient deficiencies were mistaken for serious health conditions, including autoimmune disease, heart disease, neurological disorders, chronic fatigue, and more.

We'll explore why nutritional deficiencies are frequently overlooked, how certain medications can contribute to nutrient depletion, and why a thorough dietary history can sometimes reveal important clues that routine evaluations miss.

You may be surprised to learn how deficiencies in nutrients such as vitamin C and vitamin B1 have been associated with symptoms that closely resemble much more serious conditions.

This discussion is based on published medical literature and real clinical case reports.

If you're struggling with chronic symptoms, unexplained health concerns, or simply want a better understanding of how nutrition influences health, I think you'll find this episode eye-opening.

Join me live tonight at 6:00 PM CDT.

Please Urge Your Lawmakers To Pass the End the Vaccine Carveout Act

mail
Jimi,
The End the Vaccine Carveout Act is currently being considered in both the Senate (as S 3853) and the House (as HR 4668). The Act would amend the Public Health Service Act to strip vaccine manufacturers of their liability shield, allowing people injured by vaccines sue in state or federal court.
The End the Vaccine Carveout Act restores patient autonomy and legal recourse by removing an unprecedented corporate liability shield, returning accountability to vaccine manufacturers and transparency to a critical health decision.
In order for the Act to pass, however, we need to get loud and express support to our lawmakers. We strongly urge you to send a message to both your Senators and Representatives expressing support today.
The MAHA Action legislative tracker makes emailing your lawmakers simple. Just click on each of the buttons below, enter your information on the right side of the webpages, and click “Send Message”! It takes less than 2 minutes to make a real impact and make your voice heard. Please click both buttons to send messages to your lawmakers in the Senate and the House.

Bill Summary + Why This Matters:

BILL SUMMARY

End the Vaccine Carveout Act

The End the Vaccine Carveout Act would amend the Public Health Service Act to remove the liability shield that currently protects vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits, allowing individuals who suffer vaccine-related injuries or deaths to sue in state or federal court. The bill preserves the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program as an alternative remedy but removes the requirement that injured parties exhaust that program before pursuing litigation. It also explicitly excludes COVID-19 vaccines from emergency use authorization protections, subjecting them to the same liability standards as other pharmaceutical products.

For the first time in my life, I've found myself asking a question that scares me.

Does goodness even matter anymore?

I look around and see powerful people escaping accountability. I see wealth buying influence. I see cruelty rewarded with attention. I see relationships fracturing over politics, families divided by ideology, and so many thoughtful people walking around exhausted, discouraged, and wondering what happened to kindness, decency, and common sense.

If I'm honest, I've felt powerless at times.

And then I realized something uncomfortable.

I was giving people I've never met more emotional power over my life than the people I love most.

Today's essay isn't really about politics.

It's about powerlessness.

It's about what happens when good people start losing hope.

And it's about how we reclaim our personal power without surrendering our values, our compassion, or our faith in humanity.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world, this one is for you.

And as a gift, I've also created a free Hope & Powerlessness Reset Guide™ to help you stay engaged without becoming consumed.

Read the essay here and let me know:

Have you ever found yourself wondering whether goodness still matters?

Every cell in your body depends on nutrients. And every nutrient must pass through your digestive system first.
If digestion, absorption, or gut health is compromised, your body may struggle to access the raw materials it needs to produce energy efficiently.
That's one reason why fatigue and gut dysfunction often appear together.
The issue isn't always a lack of nutrients. Sometimes it's a problem accessing them.
The Hidden Causes: Fatigue & Autoimmunity Workshop brings together experts discussing leaky gut, infections, microbiome imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and the role the digestive system plays in both fatigue and autoimmunity.
We're moving past needing a nap after lunch and getting into the real reasons you can't stay awake.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.

The phrase "immune system" makes it sound as though we're talking about a single, unified structure.
It's a little more complicated than that, but you should understand to help minimize potential cancer risk.
Immune function depends on communication between multiple systems throughout the body. Cells are constantly exchanging signals across every system including digestion, lymph, even bone marrow.
One of the reasons Dr. Jonathan Stegall's work resonates with so many people is he approaches wellness through this wider lens.
Use the image below to join his webinar this week, The Cancer Conversation Your Oncologist Cannot Have in 15 Minutes.
Rather than focusing on a single mechanism or intervention, he looks at how systems interact and what the scientific literature reveals about those interactions.
During this webinar, he'll discuss some of the research surrounding immune function and the pathways that have attracted scientific interest for decades.
It's the kind of topic that rarely fits into a standard appointment, yet it helps provide context for understanding how the body works as a whole.
Register here, the webinar is in two days.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.

Imagine two people, both in their early 30s.

Both have demanding jobs, busy lives, and similar levels of stress and neither has any major health concerns.

But over the next decade, their health journeys begin to look very different.

Let's call them Maria and James.

At first, there's almost no noticeable difference between them.

Then Maria begins a simple daily practice designed to calm her nervous system and improve her ability to recover from stress.

James doesn't.

A few months later, Maria notices she feels calmer, sleeps better, and bounces back more quickly from difficult days.

James keeps pushing through.

A year later, Maria's health markers remain strong. James is dealing with rising blood pressure.

A few more years pass and Maria continues building resilience.

James is now managing chronic inflammation, fatigue, and other stress-related health concerns.

What happened?

The difference wasn't genetics, it wasn't willpower and it certainly wasn't luck.

It was something researchers have been studying for decades…

The impact chronic stress has on the body's ability to heal, repair, and regulate itself.

Long before modern science could measure stress hormones, inflammation, or nervous system activity,

Ancient cultures understood that a calm mind and regulated body were essential for health and longevity.

For thousands of years, meditation, breathwork, prayer, contemplation, and mindfulness practices were woven into daily life across cultures,

From the Himalayan traditions of India and Tibet to Taoist practices in China, indigenous healing traditions, and contemplative communities throughout the world.

Today we know that long-term stress can influence inflammation, immune function, cardiovascular health, hormone balance, digestion, sleep quality, cancer, heart disease and much more…

The challenge is that most people focus only on symptoms while overlooking one of the systems driving them.

Your nervous system.

When the body remains stuck in a chronic stress response, healing becomes much harder.

When the nervous system begins shifting back toward safety, entirely different healing mechanisms can begin to activate.

That's exactly what Nathan Crane will be revealing during his f.ree online training:

The Missing Link to Healing, Thursday, June 25th at 4:00 PM ET

During this special webclass, you'll discover:

  • Why many people do "everything right" and still struggle to heal
  • The surprising connection between stress, inflammation, and chronic health challenges
  • What modern neuroscience reveals about the body's healing capacity
  • The often-overlooked foundation that may determine whether healing progresses or stalls
  • Practical tools you can begin using immediately to help regulate your nervous system

The encouraging news?

Research shows many people begin noticing improvements in stress resilience, emotional regulation, and sleep quality within just a few weeks of consistent practice.

And over time, those small daily shifts can create profoundly different health outcomes.

Join Nathan live and discover why this missing piece may be one of the most important factors in your healing journey.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Hey there,

What if one of the simplest tools for protecting your brain was already sitting in your pocket? That means no expensive supplement, no complicated routine, and no impossible workout plan.

Just... music.

That’s right. A growing body of research suggests that listening to music, and especially doing it regularly, may help keep the aging brain healthier for longer. One major 2025 study from researchers at Monash University found something remarkable: older adults who consistently listened to music had a significantly lower risk of developing dementia. And the best part? You don’t need to be a concert pianist to benefit. Even everyday music listening seemed to matter.

So what’s going on here? Can your favorite songs really help protect your brain as you age? The science is still evolving. But the early evidence is surprisingly hopeful. Let’s dive in.

The Big Finding: Music and Dementia Risk

The headline-grabbing study followed more than 10,800 adults over the age of 70 as part of the ASPREE aging research project in Australia. Researchers looked at how often participants listened to music or played instruments, then tracked cognitive health over time. What they found was hard to ignore:
  • People who regularly listened to music had a 39% lower risk of dementia
  • Playing an instrument was linked to a 35% lower risk
  • Frequent music listeners also showed better memory and overall cognitive performance
Now, there’s an important caveat here. This study showed a strong association. It does not prove that music directly prevents dementia. Researchers themselves were careful about that. But still, when a simple, enjoyable habit keeps showing up alongside better brain health, scientists pay attention. And honestly? So should we.

Why Music Is So Powerful for the Brain

Here’s what makes music different from many other activities. Music lights up a lot of the brain at once, more so than other activities. When you listen to music, your brain isn’t just “hearing sounds.” Multiple systems jump into action simultaneously. Like:
  • Memory
  • Emotion
  • Attention
  • Language
  • Movement
  • Reward and pleasure pathways
Researchers often describe music as a kind of “whole-brain workout.” Think about what happens when an old song comes on. Suddenly you remember:
  • Your first car
  • A school dance
  • A breakup
  • A summer holiday
  • Someone you loved
That’s because music is tightly connected to autobiographical memory, which are the deeply personal memories that help define who we are. And fascinatingly, musical memory often remains surprisingly resilient even when other types of memory decline. That’s one reason music therapy has become increasingly important in dementia care. People with Alzheimer’s who struggle to remember family members can sometimes still sing entire songs from decades earlier.

Music seems to reach parts of the brain that disease struggles to erase.

The Brain Loves Rhythm

There’s another reason scientists think music may help aging brains: rhythm. Your brain runs on patterns and timing. In fact, many core body systems rely on rhythm, like:
  • Sleep cycles
  • Hormone release
  • Movement
  • Attention
  • Memory processing
Research into aging and Alzheimer’s increasingly points to disrupted biological rhythms as part of cognitive decline. Music may help reinforce timing and coordination inside the brain. That matters because synchronized brain activity is crucial for healthy cognition. And unlike many “brain training” exercises, music doesn’t feel like homework. Music is emotional. Social. Pleasurable. That combination may be incredibly important.

Listening vs. Playing Music

So which is better? Listening to music? Or playing it? The answer appears to be both.

Playing an instrument challenges coordination, learning, timing, attention, and memory all at once. Some studies suggest musicians develop greater “cognitive reserve”, which is essentially an extra resilience that helps the brain cope with aging. But here’s the encouraging part. You may not need years of piano lessons to benefit. The Monash study found that simply listening to music regularly was strongly linked to healthier cognitive aging. That’s huge. Because listening is accessible to almost everyone. You can do it:
  • While cooking
  • Walking
  • Relaxing
  • Driving
  • Cleaning
  • Socializing
And unlike some wellness trends, music is free or low-cost for most people.

Familiar Music May Matter Most

One especially interesting area of research focuses on personally meaningful music. So, not just random background noise. We’re talking about songs that matter to you emotionally.

Researchers studying people with mild cognitive impairment and early Alzheimer’s found that meaningful music appeared to improve neural connectivity and memory performance. Why? Because emotional memories are deeply wired into the brain. Music tied to strong life experiences can activate broad networks involved in:
  • Identity
  • Emotion
  • Memory
  • Social connection
In some dementia patients, music can briefly restore a sense of self that seemed lost. That’s extraordinary. And it hints at something bigger. Music may help strengthen the networks that aging brains rely on most.

Music Also Reduces Stress And That Really Matters

Here’s something people often overlook. Chronic stress is terrible for the brain. Long-term stress and inflammation are linked to faster cognitive decline and increased dementia risk. Scientists increasingly believe brain aging is influenced heavily by lifestyle and environment, and not just genetics. Music may help here too. Listening to enjoyable music can:
  • Lower stress hormones
  • Improve mood
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Promote relaxation
  • Encourage social connection
And those effects are not trivial. A calmer nervous system may create a healthier environment for the brain over time. In other words, the emotional benefits of music may become neurological benefits too.

Music Isn’t Magic But It Might Be Part of the Puzzle

It’s important not to oversell this. Music is not a cure for dementia. And no scientist would claim that putting on a playlist guarantees protection against Alzheimer’s disease. Brain health is complicated. The biggest protective factors still include:
  • Physical activity
  • Quality sleep
  • Controlling blood pressure
  • Social connection
  • Lifelong learning
  • Healthy diet
  • Avoiding smoking and excess alcohol
But music may fit beautifully into that larger picture. Why? Because it combines several brain-protective elements at once, like:
  • Mental stimulation
  • Emotional engagement
  • Stress reduction
  • Memory activation
  • Social bonding
  • Movement and rhythm
Few activities hit so many systems simultaneously.

So... What Should You Actually Do?

The good news is you don’t need a prescription. You just need to engage with music intentionally and regularly. Here are some practical ways to start:

1. Build a “Brain Playlist”

Create playlists tied to different periods of your life:
  • Teenage years
  • Weddings
  • College
  • Favorite holidays
  • Road trips
  • Childhood memories
Revisiting emotionally important music may strongly engage memory networks.

2. Listen Actively Sometimes

Don’t always treat music as background noise. Occasionally sit and really listen:
  • Notice instruments
  • Sing along
  • Recall memories
  • Focus on lyrics
That deeper engagement may challenge the brain more.

3. Try Learning an Instrument

Even beginner-level learning appears beneficial. And no, you are not “too old.” Researchers have seen cognitive benefits in older adults who started music training later in life.

4. Combine Music With Movement

Dance in the kitchen. Walk with music. Stretch with music. Movement plus rhythm may provide an even bigger brain boost.

5. Make It Social

Choirs, concerts, music groups, or simply sharing favorite songs with friends can add another protective layer: human connection. And social isolation itself is a known risk factor for cognitive decline.

The Takeaway

Can music protect the aging brain? Possibly. And the evidence is becoming harder to ignore. We’ve seen that the research increasingly suggests that regular musical engagement, especially listening to music you genuinely enjoy, may help support memory, cognitive function, emotional health, and possibly even reduce dementia risk. That doesn’t mean music is magic. But it does mean something important. Healthy brain habits do not always have to feel clinical or miserable. Sometimes protection looks like:
  • Singing in the car
  • Revisiting old albums
  • Learning three chords on a guitar
  • Dancing badly in the kitchen
  • Putting headphones on during a stressful day
Small moments. Repeated often. Your brain may thank you for them later.
Yours in good health,

Recent research out of Harvard's Medical School has uncovered a dangerous nutrient deficiency at the root of many people’s sleep issues…

And we say dangerous, because this deficiency is also linked to anxiety, an abnormal heart rate and even poor blood flow…

So continuing to stay deficient in it could have a devastating effect on not just your sleep, but your mental health as well as your cardiovascular health.

What’s more is roughly half of all Americans have been found to be deficient in this nutrient (and 92% have sub par levels)…

Which comes as no surprise considering how common sleep problems have become across the country in recent times.

So if you’d like to solve your sleep problems…

Raising your levels of this nutrient quickly could be the solution.

Learn how to do that in just 7 seconds here.

Dr. Paul Thomas and Michelle Perro, M.D. pictured against a colorful illustrated fruit and vegetable backdrop with episode title text overlay.
On this week’s episode of With the Wind, Dr. Paul is joined by Michelle Perro, M.D., integrative pediatrician, environmental medicine specialist, and CEO and founder of GMO Science — for an in-depth conversation on how genetically modified organisms have reshaped what American families eat, and what parents can do about it.

Dr. Perro traces the history of GMOs from the suppressed early research of Dr. Arpad Pusztai at Scotland’s Rowett Institute — whose studies showed GMOs without pesticides caused leaky gut, reproductive disruption, and immune problems in rats, and who was fired two days after presenting his data — through the 2016 Dark Act that eliminated federal GMO labeling requirements in the United States. She explains how genetic modification differs fundamentally from traditional plant hybridization, identifies which crops are most affected (corn makes up roughly 97% of the U.S. supply), and describes how the escalating use of herbicides has compounded the toxic burden in everyday food.

The conversation also covers what many families don’t know: that Apeel, a produce coating containing solvents, toxicants, and heavy metals, is applied to fruits and vegetables at major retailers and cannot be washed off; that wheat — while not a GMO crop — is routinely sprayed with Roundup as a desiccant at harvest; and that GMO organisms can exchange DNA with gut microbes, generating new microbial strains that trigger chronic inflammation. Dr. Perro closes with practical guidance families can act on today, and a message of hope grounded in nature, community, and the healing power of whole food prepared with intention.

“Food is medicine. So if we’re not eating the best that we can afford, we’re not taking care of this body that carries us through life.” — Michelle Perro, M.D.
In this episode, Dr. Perro discusses:

  • The history of GMO science and the institutional suppression of early evidence of harm
  • Which crops are genetically modified, how Roundup is used on non-GMO crops like wheat, and how to read product labels that no longer say “GMO”
  • Apeel produce coatings — what they are, where they’re used, and why they can’t be washed off
  • How GMO organisms disrupt the gut microbiome through DNA exchange with gut bacteria
  • Water filtration, clean supplementation, and detox bath protocols for reducing toxic load
  • Grounding in nature, time with animals, and the research supporting ten minutes in the grass as a measurable stress intervention

The brain represents only a small percentage of total body weight, but it consumes an enormous amount of energy.
That energy demand never really stops.
Every conversation, memory, decision, and movement depends on systems throughout the body working together to support brain function.
Which means brain health isn't only about the brain.
When we think about longevity, preserving cognitive function is often one of the most important goals. But maintaining mental sharpness involves much more than crossword puzzles and memory exercises.
At Uncovering the Secrets to Longevity, experts will discuss topics including:
  • The relationship between metabolism and cognitive performance
  • How inflammation influences brain function over time
  • The role of sleep and recovery in long-term resilience
  • Why brain health reflects whole-body health
Help your brain by helping your whole self.
That's the secret of longevity.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,

Hi Jimi,

You know your body runs on cellular energy.

When that production breaks down, everything breaks down.

Poor cellular energy creates failures in immunity, brain function, metabolism and your ability to avoid disease.

This is not a "normal" part of aging or "bad luck."

This is a measurable (and avoidable) biological collapse — and the hidden causes are now being revealed in this special program...

Get Access Today - at no cost to you.

This brand new docuseries called, The Human Shutdown features many top cardiologists, molecular scientists, and integrative clinicians talking about why cellular energy failure is accelerating — and what you can do to avoid being harmed.

Research now confirms:
✅ The primary driver of chronic disease isn't genetics — the overwhelming cause is environmental
✅ When mitochondria fail, everything fails — and the breakdown is now showing up in people decades younger than ever before
✅ The clinicians featured in this series are already using these restoration protocols with their own patients — with results Western medicine can't explain

This damage doesn't announce itself. By the time symptoms appear, the breakdown has been building for years.

Don't wait until the evidence shows up in your own blood tests.

Discover How to Stop Cellular Energy Loss before the damage is irreversible.

This special program will be aired Monday, June 29.
