What Actually Sells in the Vape Market Now?

I’ve noticed something interesting in the vape industry lately.
Two products can have almost the same specs, but perform very differently in the market. Sometimes the “simpler” device sells better than the one with more features.
It makes me wonder: Is product success more about engineering now… or more about positioning and user perception?
In your experience, what matters more when a product sells well: design / features / or market positioning?
Would be interested to hear different views.

I guess like anything, it's consumer perception, though product positioning, availability, price, will all kick in.

I'm loyal to the open systems products I've used for years, feeling fortunate the prices haven't changed much and there are holiday sales.

From what we're seeing at The E-Cig Store, refillable pod kits and nic salt e-liquids are leading the way. More adult vapers are moving from disposables to reusable devices because they offer better value, more flavour choices, and lower running costs. Brands like Vaporesso, OXVA, Elux Legend, and Riot continue to be popular, especially among users looking for reliable everyday vaping.
