I just got one. Not from where I posted but I didn't pay much more. If you don't do TC it's a great mod. My Sigelei 100W Plus is a backup now. Way better in some ways, maybe not as good in others. For the price, trust me... don't even think about it.I just might bite on the Lotus. I've had my eye on it for a while. No frills mod that packs a serious punch from all reports.
Do it... Ecig City has them in three colors for $25, and for $30 you get a sense cyclone with it. I've had a black one from ecig.com for a bit. I happen to have been vaping it today, and right now. I ordered another with that deal, a blue one. I have my DNA200's and all my other mods, and for pure simple power, it just puts out. It's a 180 watt mod, too. Not 80 watt. It can fire .2 at 6.0 volts. It's like a Hexohm with an on off toggle switch to see your voltage, and to check remaining voltage in the batteries. No toggle switch to see voltage on a Hexohm, and it's a 20 amp chip. No lifetime warranty like a Hexohm, but I love the thing.I just might bite on the Lotus. I've had my eye on it for a while. No frills mod that packs a serious punch from all reports.
The Hexohm is why I got LE80's. I don't understand them calling it an LE80. It just leads to confusion for people regarding power.LE80 colors are powder coated (on metal)... black is rubberized coating. fwiw. Day three with my black LE80. I'm diggin' it. Hits very smooth. Was at my local B&M today. They had a few HexOhm's. Surprised that it's quite a bit smaller than the LE80. Huge price difference. Maybe better parts quality. It's a clean well made box, the HexOhm. I'd never handled one before.
Yeah, the form says color may vary depending on stock, but I don't care. The blue is nice. Not so sure it'll be amazingly durable, but it's not rubbery, so it's definitely different. Mainly, the voltage/on off switch is much smoother and clicky, and the dial for the potentiometer is solid and has no wiggle at all. That's why I'm sending it in, don't care about the finish with this one. I had figured it was normal, but it's not. And big time props to Lotus. Before I found the delivery notification, I'd only sent them my invoice and they said it was close but they wanted to help me anyway. It was delivered 10/24, so I'm right on the edge, and they have been super prompt and kind.@TBCAmor - Nice! You're getting a new black replacement. Good to know Lotus is stand-up on replacements... and they cut you some slack on the warranty time frame. Wow !!! How do you like the powder-coat finish on the blue (comparatively speaking)?
