Hmmmm.......a Bavarian would work, I think. Or Caps Vanilla Whipped Cream? It’s just there to cream/vanilla things up a bit.

Yup. That’s the one. It’s the first mix I’ve used it in so it’s a toss up. Hopefully, it will hold up and be ok.

Lol! I am a terrible enabler. Just a thing.....I haven’t tested any of these recipes, save a few. They’re concept recipes that I’m just jotting down and posting for future reference. Mix at your own risk.....or play with them and make them better!

This reminds me of a "Big Wheel," a humongous ice cream sandwich that 7-11 used to sell. It was a big, round, inch-thick hunk of ice cream between two 3.5" diameter oatmeal cookies, then the entire thing dunked in chocolate. You could get strawberry, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, or a few other flavors in addition to the standard vanilla and chocolate. I'd put together a Big Wheel recipe months ago and haven't mixed it yet, but one of these days..... :) ....but I need a better Oatmeal Cookie flavor first.

Or you could get them off the ice cream truck! Orrrrrrr.......you can make a fancy-schmancy one like restaurants are doing. I’m liking the idea of that. Fancy ice cream(like blueberry lavender, violet, honeysuckle rose, blackberry lime, etc...) inbetween fancy cookies! Yum! I’m thinking my next recipes are gonna head in that direction.

that was my idea appreciate it. Now to find where I can get some of those flavorings from the US

Lol! I’m slipping up! You can use any vanilla creamy type thing in its place. Shouldn’t make all that much difference.

Shisha Vanilla would do quite nicely.
