Angelcigs is really starting to tick me off nice company and all but crappy customer service you email them but get a response at 4am so much for USA warehouse cause that's all you get is a building with stock that a guy ships to you and that's it

But I looked past that I emailed them about my rampage the 510 pin is sunk down about 1mm into the threads and the center portion moves up and down causing a leak which shorts the Atty after a day using it

so I emailed them and explained the problem in detail with pictures they understood and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement I said I liked the RDA so just replace it ..... Never heard back for 10 days figured they forgot about me so I emailed them back and and asked what's up they promptly responded(@ 4:08am ) and said sorry they didn't see my email they will have one shipped to me immediately well I get one in took it out the box ... (Its silver not black but whatever) and again ... In the package brand new same problem

I'm lost and fed up with piss poor customer service if someone is complaining that he got a pink mod instead of the blue mod he ordered you make sure what you send him is blue .... So if a sunk pin is my problem why send me one with a sunk pin... The one on the site isn't like that... The one others got isn't like that .... Come on take a little time to give a damn is all I'm saying

So basically I'm not emailing them I'm not buying from them and to show how bad it is I'm going back to slowtech for my orders like that simply cause they take forever but they have good customer support that simple

I had issue with them last year with a Black Russian 91% that was bent up on the 510 connection, they replaced it eventually but since they started with the shipping charges I have not ordered from them again, just felt risky since I already seen they had know quality control issues.

I am now having problems with focalecig and there products, so I guess you get what you pay for :(

@Geauxst communicate with @Angel Cigs here on VU. It will link you with a female persona that actually wants to solve the problem. Maybe too little, too late but she'll be 'round shortly to see what that tag was about.
Yeah I've seen her around dred but its not contacting that's the problem I know I went off on a rant about it but my issues is I got in touch explained my problem and they sent me an Atty from the factory with the same problem

Me ... Ummm I ordered a blue mod
Them ... Oh yes we send you nice pretty blue mod
Me ...no its a pink atomizer
Them.... Yes we send you blue mod
Me ... But I'm looking at it and its pink and its an Atty not a mod
Them OK we send you new blue mod
Me... Great! ANOTHER pink atomizer

@Geauxst I know your frustrated but I LOL'd about your pink atomizer story. And, I get it. I just have the feeling Angel that comes around might be the only person at Angel Cigs that actually sorta understands what we do with the toys she sells. Given that plus a ticket past the language barrier, she may be able to get you an atty with a proper center pin. If not, try removing the center pin and grinding a couple mm off the 510 threading before reinstalling the center pin.

Regarding Fast Tech ... IMO what they've got going for them is a message board that allows all the FT junkies to communicate problems like recessed center pins on an item.

Regarding Focal ... I'd generally prefer them over FT, but I do always feel like I am taking my chances whenever I order 'cause their tech specs are a bit on the suspect side. I do have "Doris" on Skype and she has been able to understand and fix the problems I've brought to her attention.

So ... while we're talking China ... anybody got a read on Smokstore.us? I feel sorta out on this limb by myself. They are a VU Vendor, but the pre-order I placed with them was #598, so I think they are describing 6 years of planning rather than 6 years of business on their website. Anyway, we'll see. They have been slow on invoking Joyetech's Evic VT price increase. I pre-ordered a pair for like $120 last week. When I poked around today vaportek and gearbest preorder price had been raised to >$120 per unit. Since I was feeling extra matchy matchy I poked around and found these smokstore characters still doing their preorder at $65 and ordered the third color so I can have a complete set at half the early street price.

Yeah I understand what you mean I guess I could always look at it this way 3rd times a charm , or maybe 3 strikes your out so if it happens I'll entertain it and see where it goes but if I get another one I'll probably do as you suggested and I didn't realize how racist and stereotype I made the pink Atty story sound I didn't intend to come off like that but I digress

One a brighter note I'm making a batch to test out soon hopefully results in something I've already got a few ideas I'll try and try and figure this out one way or another

@Angel Cigs we all appreciate how you come to the rescue and make things right. However, like the OP said, sometimes it just gets old. Hopefully the new quality control helps.
@dred I know their product description says otherwise on that site you ordered those from, but from the pricing it makes me think their just going to give you the mod and not the whole kit. I hope I'm wrong, and if so you got one hell of a deal, that's for sure! Let me know if you decide to sell one! ;) haha.

Yeah I got the tracking number I guess its just to wait and hope the pin is good on this one ... @Taver13 bought one from you and his isn't like mine with the 510 so I know its not a flaw in your product I think just a few slipped through the cracks and my bad luck I got them ...lol

Yeah I did then I uninstalled and reinstalled and haven't had a problem since not saying that will fix it because that was like my 3rd reinstall since having it and only that one worked lol

I'm hoping no fast ones are pulled. Last week: Gearbest and Vapor Tek USA were both at that price point for the full kit. Vapor Joe actually featured the Gearbest deal. I tag'd onto the VTU deal 'cause it'll be shipped from the USA. I'm pretty interested in keeping the set. And, Joyetech really had my number when they did the muscle motor thing. I've actually had two out of the three paint jobs on my cars, and I think the third one would look good on my motorcycle.

yes and no. the good: my felonies became misdemeanors, which is good cause i cant afford any more of those nasty fuckers on my record. the bad: 3 more years of probation tacked on, and the stupid fucking state ordered stay away order of protection will not be dropped. 5 years of that. so that puts me in quite the prediciment. i cant be around the girl according to the law, but i cant go home to live in my house, so what do i do. take the chance of getting caught and risk 8 years of prison, or go home and figure out how to survive in a shell of a house without my family.
