The good for the day....is the HOPE I have that I will get the stuffed mouse toy out of the vacuum hose :teehee: . I think, I have a way of doing this
By putting the hose back onto the vacuum, standing on a ladder in-order to stretch the hose and ramming the broomstick down in the hose till it gets to the part where the hose unlatches from the vacuum. Then take a pair of hemostats and grabbing the stuffed toy mouse.
Yup, sounds like a plan!!

This is a very good day for mom. She was remembering in the city where she was born, her cousins, aunts and uncles, and various other things. It was great listening to her talk about all these different things.
She kept on saying, I'm sorry for boring you. I said oh no, not in any way are you boring me, I'm enjoying listening to you talk :inlove:
Then, lol, all the sudden, ok I'm done, call me tomorrow. I said yes, I'll talk with you tomorrow, mom, Love you.

Okies, the ladder didn't quite work as I had it planned out, lol. Instead, I put the vacuum in front of it, put the hose through the ladder, and stretched the hose out. The ladder stopped the vacuum from falling over and gave me enough leverage to ram the broomstick down into the hose, pushed the cat toy to where I could get out with the hemostats. YEY! Now, the stuffed mouse toy is in washer waiting to get washed!!
Kitties will be happy when they get it back.
