Thank you Jimi. It was great. Our theme this time was "no-spend". I think just wanting to be active in a supper club indicates creativity in the kitchen, and the enjoyment of sharing food. We were four, and from our pantries, freezers and fridges we got a spinach casserole, baked potatoes with toppings, salad artichokes in the little jars, and even some homemade cookies. I made a revised version of the tuna pot pie I tested last week, and offered some of my mini ice cream sandwiches with dessert too, but no takers. The white chocolate cranberry cookies the one lady made were enough.

And I always have a bottle of Prosecco on hand. It goes with everything.

Did I save any for you, uh, well, every bite was eaten, but I always think if you lived near me, you'd be a participant in the club, and we would love your organic garden dishes.
