It's de-population. It will eventually kill most who take it.

I'm glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving dinner. I did too, but I kind of strung it out all day, rather than having a plate of everything all at once. I'm still full.

I found a bag of organic Brazil nuts at Costco that I snacked on all day.
2 medium sized Brazil nuts contain a full day supply of vitamin E, even more important durrin the dryness of winter here and a tasty way to get vit E.

To expand some on yesterday's festivities. We went over for an early (noonish) Thanksgiving dinner so my daughter's SIL could eat before going to work. We had turkey and ham and all the fixings which was wonderful.

After we rested a bit we went to where my daughter's SIL works, which is a home for intellectually challenged adults. Most don't have family visit, so it was a big deal for the residents. The home is on beautiful grounds with lots of trees that are shedding their leaves. My grand kids don't have trees in their yard yet, so jumping into the leaf piles was a great deal of fun for them and entertainment for the residents. Everybody had a great day!

Today is Thanksgiving part 2. Yesterday was family, today is friends and family. More food and drink and lots more people.
