It's kind of you to recommend that.

On the whole my desk chair is comfortable, but by the time I'm griping about needing a hiney break at 6-7-8 in the evening, I've been sitting here working since 4-5-6 in the morning, then playing in the evening, with only an occasional coffee break. I just need to get up and stretch, kick, bend down and touch the floor, get moving, then move to my big chair for a while.

It isn't a healthy life, desk life.

Good thing for this day....
Heard one hail stone, okies not so bad, it didn't sound too big. Yikes, they got bigger almost golf ball sized. A couple of good things, there wasn't any wind they were falling straight down, no windows busted on home or vehicle. And, Thankfully, I wasn't doing my daily walking at the time!!!!
