Along with that, some crunchy tomato toast, avocado toast, fresh eggs from the chef's organically raised chickens, fruit and nuts, freshly squeezed OJ, several varieties of hot coffee and tea.
Bon appetit. Stoke up for a busy day ahead, with activities, spa treatments, hikes, talks, hugs, and of course the music game.

Spa resort lunch is ready, available via room service or in the dining room. Today's spa mex lunch is also served in a picnic pavilion by the river, held private to Jimi's group of friends. It features vegan and vegetarian choices, as you prefer.
We have vegan mango chili, street corn salad, taquitos of jackfruit and/or spinach artichoke, guacamole for dipping, an ultimate hot bean dip with freshly made tortilla chips, and a mildly sweet cake made of almond flour.
