After Cleo died, I had a dream of saving a doggie, I don't remember it all now just that part. A year went by without having a pet, it was very hard. Then, went over to mums and Emma was surrounded by four or five other doggies backed up against a row of trees and bushes. I knew all the doggies, but she was very scared. I went over and grabbed her, took her to mums back deck, I knew this was the doggie I was supposed to save. Unfortunately, I didn't know there was a hole in the lattice, she jumped down and left. I couldn't take her inside because she was covered in ticks and fleas. To shorten this...mum and step dad caught her and brought her over. Thank goodness!! She was dropped off as a tiny puppie,, very mean people very abusive people had her and did unmentionable very very very bad things to her. She never got over a few things, it was so sad.

With Duke, he lived with some guy, but he couldn't keep him, so he gave him to his mum, she use to live across the road from us. He would get off his chain, come over to visit. Then, when he didn't visit, I'd go over and visit with him. Always noticed he didn't have food and or water, so I'd give him both. Then one day, while I was there; the mum came outside said she was getting ready to put him in doggie jail aka human society because she was moving and apparently couldn't take him or didn't want to take care him anymore, same with her son. Oh NO, this was not happening, offered to take him. If, she would have taken him there and told them he was half wolf, they would have put him down. Emma and Duke were best friends ❤️ had Emma for a yr before Duke joined us.
