Good evening Family :wave:
Made holiday healthy treats today, salted toasted pumpkin seeds (from my garden, I grew a strain that has no hulls on the seeds) caramel apples with Mejool date mix for the caramel. Gonna make a sugarless sugar cookie soon too, it's been 5 and a half years since I have had a cookie.:bliss:

I love to hear that:), it is a strange weather year but I am enjoying this short warm spell
We're doing pretty good here, I've been nibbling on the healthy snack goodies I make, had my first in six years taffy apple (sorta) the other day. Used Mejool dates for the caramel.:bliss:

Been busy with work today, topped off by my work laptop is giving up the ghost. The CPU is running @ 0.78 GHz when it should be 2.6 GHz. Yup, I checked the power management and that isn't causing the problem. Everything is crawling, I was watching snails do laps around it waiting for programs to open. :giggle: Anyway, they shipped a new one to me that should arrive tomorrow afternoon. If you don't see me tomorrow you'll know what I'm doing...

@Jimi's troll "buddy" could be a great resource here with a different attitude, but I doubt that will happen.

Yes he could be, real shame. I feel bad when I have to get the way I did, he just caught me at the wrong moment. I am never that way, well that I know of.
