When I was young, I remember this song (and other songs by Jim Croce) I love this song (and operator that I just heard today on "the bridge" sirius station) My parents had his albums, I have seen videos where his wife talks about him (after he passed) and being I play guitar, I really love his music. Now I'm really motivated to learn some of his songs on guitar.

Yes love Jim Croce songs and Time In A Bottle was on of my faves! I also love Cat Stevens, beautiful voice, guitar and songs I had all his albums and played my guitar along to his songs, another great one to look into. When I play this music game I run across so many artists and songs that I forgot how much I loved back in the day.
Nice that you still play guitar, gave mine up many years ago.
