When my mom told me everything she was going through after Dad died, my jaw hit the floor. I did everything I could to help her out, but it didn't seem/feel like I did much.
No ONE should have to do all this after losing a Loved one. It's a real shame that you don't have time to mourn and get a little mentally stable before dealing with all of it.

I totally agree- so many decisions, funeral arrangements, phone calls,bills and life keeps marching on, it was hard enough getting thru Thanksgiving and now Christmas holidays. It is a lot of responsibility and I want to make sure I make the right decisions , I put on my brave face, I'm not a cry baby, but I miss him, and I know I am strong and can get thru this.
So sorry your mom had to go thru this too. Glad you were there to help her as much as you could. My son has been trying to help as is my daughter, this is all tough on them as well.
