Airline meals are worse than fast food with the fat and sodium, and not really safe because they're prepared as much as 72 hours before they're delivered to the aircraft. So there's this industry joke, that the pilot and co-pilot are given their meals by a senior crew member. The co-pilot bows his head for a full minute. The pilot waits, out of respect, and when the wait is over, asks the co-pilot "do you really need to pray before eating?" The co-pilot replies "You really would eat one of these things without praying?"

I just remembered I do blood work tomorrow, last time it was good news but this time who knows, I ate at the hospital a few times outta desperation and just bein upset causes bad things to get an upper hand :facepalm: So please send good vibes, thank you all in advance:)

You had to do what was necessary, don't beat yourself up for eating :hug: . You're back on track and that's the important part. You'll have blood work again, so don't worry about this one so much. :hug:

Good vibes from kitties. They know how to do it (except when they see a squirrel, or an earthworm, or they hear you opening a can, or they smell food). Otherwise, they're always on vacation, or they have the day off, always chill, except when they're late for a nap.
