Good afternoon Family :wave:
Found out today that the little girl that came to help in the garden has asked her mom and granny every day if she could come back. Just before she left I told her she was welcome to come back anytime so she has bugged them every day since. :giggle: She's comin tomorrow though, looks like I have a permanent part time garden helper
I hope the day is bein kind to everyone:)

Hi & bye. I hate having to go when the gang's all here.

I've been wanting to post this since I was going through a box of my old CD's. It's never going to have a word match. I couldn't believe it when I first heard these lyrics. Had to buy it so I could listen again and again.


The craziest of the lyrics are around 3:00. This song needs a re-make by a female artist too.

Anyway the next person can queue from this, if there is a word match in the universe, or from the previous.

That little 5 year old girl wore me out today, I had forgot just how much energy a 5 year old had. When she first came in the house first words outta her mouth were "What are we goin to plant today" she couldn't wait to start, so cute. She had a great day in the sun, I like to see kids get out of the house and away from all those electronic games.;)

I love reading of your adventures with your little helper. I wish all children had the privilege of being taught by a master gardener, to turn over the earth, plant and grow things.

You're right, children are too young to put their lives into those electronic devices. I think it's something that requires the age of consent. If parents think the kid needs something to reach home, just in case, then give them a dumb flip phone. You can still get them anywhere.

Thank you my friend :hug: , but I am not a master gardener, just someone who likes to grow food/flowers but it is good for all kids to learn how to feed themselves healthy foods when they grow up.

Yes and you see it all the time:mad:. The little girl has 2 brothers (8 and10) and you can't pry the electronic games out of their hands. They sit inside and play games and watch TV, what a way for a kid to grow up. When I was that young my parents had to search to find me, always in the woods or at the football/baseball field we had just blocks away, we were always outside doin something. You are right they do need some kind of parental control but most of the parents don't care or play them themselves so they don't see the harm. Kinda a double standard there. It upsets the hell outta me, I guess I am just old fashioned.

Rainy day here, was 82 yesterday and they are callin for snow tomorrow evenin:crazy:
I love these rain days, gives me a chance to do the inside things that need done and I need sore body break:facepalm:
