Yeah, I'm not quite to that stage yet lol... Just started exercise and eating healthy beginning of this year... most physical exercise I've done since 8th grade baseball was playing golf back in high school lolLpl I already ran four miles today so I feel you
I run 8 miles a day and train for 3 hours 6 days a week...if you every need physical fitness advice I can more than likely point you in the right directionYeah, I'm not quite to that stage yet lol... For now I think I'm just fine on the elliptical. Until I can go a while and still feel my legs lol. I'm looking to lose around 60lbs... I have read that as well, whiskey still has like 135 cal per oz or something stupid like that... but that's fine for me I'd rather drink whiskey anyways lol... I have told myself to quit drinking for now, then ease back into it later and moderate...
