Hi Rushee. You mean the troll? lol I'm trying to update my GPS...1 second left and it might be stuck. Really, I don't need the whole damn US, just the eastern time zone would do fine. It's taking for.ev.er.

This is my fourth week into this 3 month workout program from Kris Gethin. The man is a masochist. Today's workout was legs and it destroyed me. Here's what I did today.
Leg extension: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Leg press: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Hack squat: 4 set of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Smith machine squat: 7 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest

Lying leg curl: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Stiff-legged deadlift: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Seated leg curl: 7 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Cardio: 15 minutes 3 min. easy, 1 min. hard

I don't expect you to look at the video, but here it is on tape. Kris has an awesome attitude about working out: STFU and do it.:D

It's all about diet and your attitude going into the gym. Kris made a video for all 84 workouts. I watch the video that corresponds with the workout I'm doing that day right before I leave for the gym. Kris is a badass trainer and really gets me psyched like a mad man before I hit the gym each day. I've been at this for 7 years straight. good luck with the training program and stay positive and envision what you are going to do each day before you do it.:)

Awesome, I love to see that. It takes real dedication to get results like that. That type of dedication in the gym translates into real life. good on her.
her sister did it as well but when a size 3 hits the gym lol.. I can see the definition now but I think her size is the same she had a baby last year and was feeling puggy

It's a lifestyle for me and really the only way it works. One cannot go to the gym for a couple months and expect results for a life time. If I had my choice I would drink beer and eat wings everyday. lol I get to drink beer once, maybe twice a week... except when I'm on vacation and then I drink everyday, all day.:D

I miss being fit. Back in the military I cold run in soft sand for miles.....I was a PT addict. Now I can not run, bike, scuba....not even golf.

Don't forget you were younger then too, we all have to realize we are getting older, I have issues too just like everyone will get as they age, sucks to get older
Not so much the age as it is the diseases that have eliminated my stamina. My heart only pumps at 24% of capacity.....65% is normal. There are other issues that I refuse to discuss....but as my clinical life expectance was set to expire four years ago....God clearly is not ready for me to come home yet.

I'm trying to make sure that doesn't happen to me. I've always been physically active, even when I smoked. I'm in my early 50's and in the best shape of my life... save maybe high school. Walking even a mile a day has great benefits for those who cannot handle the rigors of a gym.

I agree it is smart to stay fit to prolong it, but I wish there was a way to prevent it:D

lol. If only they made a pill to take care of it. :D Quality of life is more important to me that longevity. When my Maker calls me home, he calls me home. I can't see a point of living is someone has to wipe my ass or feed me.
That is my situation it seems. I mourn the loss of my ability to be a Professional Chef....however, now that I've been retired for almost 10 years, I find that since I am not able to work anymore, I now have every minute of the rest of my life for my true passion.....Evangelism. God is funny like that.

very true. without purpose life ends. my view about life is very simple: I am not here at this time by coincidence. God has placed me here at this time in history for a reason. When one finds that reason, life is very simple.;)

Women like that one in the picture who choose to make money off of their own beauty tend to fall so much in love with themselves, that they leave very little for others. Sad is the person who believes "you should be so lucky to be with me" as opposed to "Thank you Lord for bringing this person into my life...help me to always appreciate them and forsake all others"

But he said it was perty much a for sure thing :)
Just watch out for extra spit, scratches, etc. on your car that may be inflicted by your a-hole co-worker in the meantime.
