I understand. It appears his is authentic as well. He has 2 TFV4s, only one is giving him the bad taste issue.

I still don't understand how a tank (provided it's free of impurities) can cause taste issues. It's like trying to blame a bland meal on a fork.

That's the only possibility I could come up with. Maybe a ever clear bath is in order?

I gave it a soapy water followed by rubbing alchol, I might try the complete dissemble and boil at some point. I've pretty much written it off. RDA for crown and griffin on the way.
