Are the tfv8 rba stock coils both ss and Kanthal or Kanthal all he way?

I read where they're made w Kanthal but is it just the outer wraps or something? I thought most claptons were ss

All Smok coils are Kanthal only. No most Claptons are not SS they can be any wire you want.
People were making Claptons long before SS came around.

Thanks, just askn cause id made a single core as an ss version of tfv8 stock coils and just afterward noticed the stocks are double stranded which was sounding very difficult to hand make, but I just worked up a beauty. Twisted fused.. What do you guys think? Top:Clapton Bottom: twisted fused, cores:26g ss wraps:32g kanthal, on my 50w Heatvape Invader mini which is supposed to TC from .1-1 ohms but the display doesn't show any indication that it's temping.
I got twisted ss on it at the moment but the flavor went away since last night so I made claptons..One looks better than the other idk which to install
