If you can stretch your nicotine stash without feeling the need to vape more, even better.
I just brought up the point because I often hear people say they are very happy that they were able to drop their nic levels way down, but leave out the part that they now go through several 30ml bottles every week.
I agree, that's definitely not optimal, especially if you have some lung dysfucktion!
But I'm still going thru roughly 50ml a week-ish... not quite 10 days, but usually a bit over 7. Thank god for tootle-puffing, and Achilles RDAs!
