Thought about that. Obviously getting their stuff to reviewers is priority because of reach. After that, potential future customers and word of mouth from them? If they're a with-it company, they have numbers on loss of inventory for promotions versus potential future sales. They'd have overall profit targets with ways to achieve it (advertising/promotions). But who knows if companies that mass produce product actually care about their customers on an individual level.
I'm gonna say SmokTech doesn't. I don't know who's lying but, here's some events...
According to the latest "update" from Koopor/Smok on their web site, MadVapes received the winners list and prizes on the 7th. This I did not know until recently.
On the 8th, I opened a ticket with MadVapes requesting the black TFV4 if possible. I was nice and not demanding. If they can, they can. If not, that's ok, too.
Today is the 11th and I just got an answer from MadVapes...
When we receive the list from smok tech we must go in order and no certain item can be reserved. Thank you and have a great day.
"
When we receive the list from smok tech..." WTF?? Seriously?? Did MV get the shit or not? Is Smok pulling some
BULLSHIT (there's that word again) or what??
Additionally, I'd say Smok
doesn't care about their "customers" on an individual level when the "
[email protected]" can't get up the ballz to answer the emails I've sent.
