Hi, I am aware that this is not a unique thread and probably was answered multiple times before but I can't find the right answer.
I am vaping for couple years now but never made liquids by myself. After reading "Buttermint ice cream" recipe I decided to give DIY a go. What is the best place online in the US to get aromas and other components, preferably high quality.

If your just starting out you can get Nic and everything else from https://www.ecigexpress.com/
It will save you from shopping all over the place and paying multiple shipping fees.
BCF is a great source, but no NIC. http://www.bullcityflavors.com/
Ecigexpress has free shipping on orders over $59.99 and I think our forum has a Coupon code, but I can't recall. Maybe someone else can chime in.
Thanks! Both sites are looking worth trying. Will give them a go!

Permanent coupon code for ECX is UNDERGROUND10 for 10% off
Permanent coupon code for BCF is VU6 for 6% off

I use Nicotine River nic which to me is flavorless. In your DIY journey you will find times when one vendor is out of stock for a flavor you need so you will need to shop around.

@Teresa P found a new flavor vendor that she likes that I cannot remember at the moment. I sure she will be around shortly to provide a link.

Like @Squonk said, don't invest in a kit. Find some recipes that look good and just buy the flavors to mix those to start. And mix by weight, no messing with cleaning syringes. The scale in the thread he posted is inexpensive on Amazon.

Thank you for your help, everyone! I noticed that most popular brands are Capella, Inawera and Flavour Art. Should I try all of them to find my preferable one or one of those is better than others?

Each of those fine manufactures have their good and bad flavors. So, it's not so much finding a company you may like but a particular flavor a company makes well.

Thank you!

Welcome to the Forum!

I suggest you take some time to peruse some of the mix recipes in the DIY E-Liquid-Recipes Forum section. You will see that often flavor ingriedients for each mix come from several manufacturers. In addition, it is suggested you find something you wish to make and THEN buy the flavors to make it.

Posting about flavors bought that "sounded good" (but not knowing what to now do with them) will get you directed to post #2 here...

What everyone said above. I would first find a recipe that sounds yummy to you, hopefully with reviews from people who already made it. Then shop for the flavors in the recipe.
