So I got one of those second gen ipv minis that get to 70 watts and looking for some advice on a coil build for bigger clouds that can use the full 70.
Currently running my Tobh with dual 24awg w/ 10 wraps @ .4 ohms. While it gives decent vape and flavor (juice has been 100% VG), I'm finding that it takes a bit of time/puffs to get the coils going (...10 wraps) and would like for them to get warmer quicker with some more vape production.
I've been using that coiltoy website for some build ideas and I'm thinking of doing two 30awg w/ 7 wraps @ 2mm for .7ohm which would get me about 10 amps and 7 volts. But with the ipv should I be trying to push more amps or hit higher volts?
Any advice from some regulated mod users is very much appreciated! I'm planing on buying 100ft of Kanthal but want to make sure I get a good gauge for use with the mini.
