Chocolate and Cocoa for butter? No, I get dark chocolate combining those 2... something like that. I got butter from coconut and nut mix.I know you can get a buttery effect using walnut if you are making pie crust and coconut at low percentages can also give a buttery effect.
Would low percentages of FA chocolate and cocoa, say 0.5% each, give a butter flavor? Has anyone tried that?
Not another vender juice. One drop of Flavorah's Coconut produces a great butter effect.
The reason I asked about those two was I tried to create a mallo cup clone. It had, probably, way too many ingredients but it ended up tasting like gooey marshmallow. I actually used 3% FA chocolate and 2% FA cocoa, based on a hic thread. I tasted no chocolate at all. it was good but not worth ten ingredients. I do have 1.5% coconut in that attempt. Don't really taste it. Maybe that is what is doing the gooeyness. I don't know.Chocolate and Cocoa for butter? No, I get dark chocolate combining those 2... something like that. Good luck trying to get a buttery mouthfeel from just FA flavors. Not another vender juice.
