I purchased an EHPRO MOD 101 from FT.
It arrived DOA.
blah, blah, blah
yadda, yadda, yadda
Just got a replacement.

Check before and after photos
Do you think the new one might be a clone?
Or did EHPro just do a radical presentation box redesign?
Maybe different packaging for different regional markets (EU/Asia)?

It would seem unlikely that FT would be trying to pass a clone off as an OEM item considering they peddle heavily in the clone market and as far as I know have been on the up and up about what is real. I am not even sure that mod has been cloned. Might just be a packaging refresh. You should be able to verify authenticity via whatever means are available from Ephro.

I have a few from the states and the packaging looks the same as your top photos.
I can't see you bottom photo that well.
Is that the 2nd version that is 24mm diameter?

Not Sure, but I don’t think the doa I sent back had the same bottom configuration as this mod.

Looks like you have the scratch and sniff patch on the new box so you should be able to verify the s/n.
