I have always heard you can cook with Jack Fruit and was a good replacement for meat.
I love spaghetti squash, thinking about growing some kind of winter squash this year, might haveta plant a couple of those. With spaghetti squash, you bake it whole, let it cool, cut it open, scoop out the seeds and you have all the lovely sweet baked flesh to use for soup, pasta sauce or whatever you want to make.

MMM that sounds good do you get it at the stores or something ordered?I made chubby pizzas again today, recipe just above in my previous post in this thread. They're lovely, but what I'm pointing to this time is what's in the glass. Hibiscus cold brew. I can't get enough of it. It's hard to describe how my cheeks cave in to suck it down, how my throat glurp glurps, unable to gulp down as much as I crave. Since discovering it, I've been drinking half a quart every day, sometimes more. Zero calories. It's a bit tart, not sour. Some might want to add sugar or honey, but I like it plain and tart.
I tucked a napkin behind the glass to keep what's behind it from obscuring the rich color.

Thank you and bless you my friendDon't worry. You'll receive the WeTee on Saturday, and the IntegriTea on Tuesday. They're both organic, both cold brew, which is so easy.

It came late last night, gonna have one with lunch, thank you again my friendDon't worry. You'll receive the WeTee on Saturday, and the IntegriTea on Tuesday. They're both organic, both cold brew, which is so easy.

I haven't tried the WeeTee brand, but my experience with the cold brew hibiscus brands I have tried is that you really don't have to steep them 8 hours before enjoying. About three hours at room temp, until it turns wine colored, is enough, and then in the fridge it gets darker and darker, and the flavor gets deeper. It came late last night, gonna have one with lunch, thank you again my friend![]()
