Dragon's Den Vapor:No matter how many times I contact you, I don't get a reply.

I contacted the question form many times from Japan, but they never responded.
Considering the possibility that the e-mail had not arrived, I asked from two addresses, but there was no reply.
But Facebook has been posting deals and other information this past October.
I decided to purchase and paid, but I received an email immediately saying that the order could not be completed because of the payment error.
I've emailed you many times, but you didn't reply.
The money has been withdrawn from the credit card.
I asked them how to deal with it through Facebook Messenger and the question form, but they didn't respond.
I asked an American friend to call me at a number on yelp, but he said it was a fake number that had nothing to do with deagon's den.
The address on the site and the address on yelp are also different.
I paid over $ 300.
Are they really smart people?
Are you doing business in the first place?
I am afraid that I have to report to the credit card company as fraud damage.
Has anyone been able to purchase it safely recently?

I am very worried because they don't adopt paypal.

Definitely contact your CC company and do a chargeback

Just an FYI, PayPal in the US does not allow vape related purchases, which is stupid, but it is how it is

With that said, am sad to hear this happened to you, I have purchased mods from them in the past and was happy with the service

have you got Facebook? try joining the group and going that route, there might be a glitch with the form?

I didn't get a reply from the question form on the site, so I checked many times that it was not a fake site and visited from his Facebook link.

He said that the question may have entered spam, but I can't imagine filling out a form on the site entering spam.

This mod, as you pointed out, is the ultem version of m4h1.
Structurally, this part fixes the tension of the switch.
A crack here is very fatal, as the switch can break.
I want an exchange and I told him so.

hell i would have went a refund route after all the issues you had... thats a big safety issue for those mods.

I would start a claim thur there for a defective purchase that usually gets their attention. \
one warning thou dont close the case until you are completely satisfied most places only allow for one claim...
i would go for not less than a full refund after all the issues and lack of contact you have had.

Are Americans angry about this?
He is said to have gone on an expedition, but what is his Facebook and Messenger for?
If I ordered the item again, he was sure he would receive a message and it was correct.
Prior to that, all messages were ignored in previous orders until the actual order was placed.
I really hope these two transactions will work.
If there is a problem with the second order, he may ignore me again.

If I were to have placed this order from here in Florida USA to this vendor and this had happened I would not be happy about it.
This isn't a smok mod or something that's mass produced junk this is a high dollar item.
Masterpiece Custom Vapes (MCV) is out of the Philippines and they sell high quality, high dollar devices.
I would expect a replacement if this were to happen to me.

I don't think you are asking for anything that's not to be expected.

I had problems with Dragon's Den last year.
My cousin has 2 Underground Squonks that needed new fire buttons. (they got lost somehow)
I tried getting hold of Dragons Den numerous times for some replacements since she bought them from there.
Never got a response.
Contacted MCM and they were very helpful. Couldn't send them directly to me, but would send them to Pete with my shipping info.
I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing.
Contacted MCM again and they shipped them a week after i first got hold of them along with a Dragons Den order.
That was last year. I gave up. I've spent around $700 at that site but will never buy again!
Fuck Dragons Den!

The shipping cost between Japan and his store is about $30.
I have told him repeatedly from the very beginning that I will send it back to him COD.
I am also a salesperson, so I will never compromise on the seller's responsibility.

He will send the replacement for free and I will return the defective product at his expense.
This is a common practice all over the world, so you must pay for it.
Even if it takes a year.

I will never use dragons den again once this matter is settled.
Because MCM told me the agency in Japan.
But before that, I will definitely have the defective item replaced.
No money involved. MCM sent them free out of courtesy.
I never received them from Dragons Den.
 
I will report it.
The transaction with them has been completed.
I received the replacement from him and returned the defective product.
He forgot to send the atomizer I ordered, and the amount of the atomizer and the return shipping fee for the defective product have been refunded.
I gave up the atomizer because buying it again would be a waste of shipping cost.

Anyway, it took some time, but the deal with him is over for now.
Thanks to all of you for your advice.

For a few months, he took me quite apart.

Glad that worked out for you. But from now on. Stay away from dragons den. Too much money just floating around waiting on your products with no replies
